We stayed here in June 2024. The hosts are extremely gracious, accommodating and kind; we had a delicious dinner that was excellent value as was the breakfast. There was a lovely outdoor seating area in front of our room. The bike storage was excellent and included a wide range of tools. But the rest of our accommodation was problematic. The toilet is in the room with only a screen for privacy. The bed was uncomfortably hard, we had to ask for toilet paper, and there was no shower - just a very deep tub. I can't remember what the listing looked like when we booked the room but I am sure I wouldn't have booked this accommodation had I known the toilet wasn't a separate space and was in the room. We recommend this hotel but make sure you enquire about the toilet first.

Magnifique séjour !! Jean Marie et Jean-Louis ont été super accueillants, attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes, intéressés. Cela fait plaisir d’avoir un accueil comme celui-ci. Un beau projet qu'ils ont eu avec cette maison d'hôte, très réussi. La maison est très jolie, super bien rénovée, avec un mobilier choisi avec goût. Les chambres spacieuses et bien décorées, avec une bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter d’un moment de détente avec la piscine. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance diner dans la maison d'hôte le soir car nous n'avions pas réservé en avance, mais la prochaine fois nous y penserons pour sûr ! Le petit dej était très bon! Produits locaux, copieux, fait maison. Nous reviendrons et je conseillerais cette adresse ! Merci à vous pour cet accueil et bonne continuation dans ce beau projet :)

Les petits oiseaux qui chantent quand on ouvre la fenêtre le matin, que c’est agréable la campagne pour se déconnecter. L’accueil fait par Jean-Marie était top ! Il est très serviable, très gentil et vraiment aux petits soins, merci beaucoup 😃 Le petit déjeuner était très bon, les premiers œufs de leurs poules nous ont été servis, c’était délicieux, les confitures maison, l’une de prune et l’autre de figue, étaient également délicieuses ! Tout ça au coin de la cheminée qui nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour, au plaisir de revenir aux beaux jours ! Milles mercis et à bientôt 😊

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre « les liaisons dangereuses », nous avons super bien dormi ! Les petits oiseaux qui chantent quand on ouvre la fenêtre le matin, que c’est agréable la campagne pour se déconnecter. L’accueil fait par Jean-Marie était top ! I had a wonderful stay with Jean-Marie and Jean-Louis. Their house is beautiful, a careful renovation that has kept the atmosphere of an old house with modern comfort quietly added. I also really loved the terrace and the Potager and the privacy of the outdoor space. The rooms are immaculate and Jean-Marie has thought of every detail. I loved their collection of vintage china and tableware and Jean-Marie is a wonderful cook, he really thinks about the delicious meals he offers with great care. The location is great too. I travelled on foot and with regular buses in both directions, I visited Blaye and Bordeaux very easily. I had a very warm welcome from Jean-Marie and I am already looking forward to visiting again very soon. I happily recommend Le Camélia Blanc...

Friends and we had booked rooms in the Camelia Blanc for 6 days.|The place was bigger than what we thought in a very good way: they have their own vegetable garden, fruit trees, chicken hence fresh eggs etc….|We were warmly greeted by Jean-Marie who had prepared hors d’œuvres and apéritif in anticipation of our dinner we had ordered.|Everything was local from the Crémant to the|charcuterie etc. The dinner was well thought through and excellent.|That was the beginning of...
