Bora Bora Lagoon Resort — Hotel in Bora-Bora

Excellent hotel facilities directly across from Vaitape the main town on the island. Service, views, pool and restaurant were wonderful. We chose to use a 'garden' room as we are from a beach community in California and didn't need to pay extra for an over the water room. Their garden room was excellent, and their over the water rooms were also in settings that were quite pretty. A caution: electricity is expensive everywhere in the islands so many rooms do not have real air conditioners, they use coolers that are pretty effective, but will still leave you a bit sticky in the heat of the day. I am dreaming on coming back. I was in an overwater bungalow, and the experience was amazing. The spacious room was absolutely beautiful. The service was very nice and helpful. And the food... was delicious!! I hope some day I can come...
