Chateau La France — Hotel in Bordeaux

|Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Есть плюсы, но и минусы. Начнем с плюсов. Красивая территория. Близко и к Бордо и к Сент Эмильён. Большие комнаты, великолепные душ и туалет. Есть чайник в номере. Перед каждой комнатой маленькая терраса со столиком и 2-мя стульчиками. Завтрак включен в цену. . Завтрак очень хороший, если его накрывает женщина.По нашей простьбе даже накрыла нам на один час раньше из-за нашего раннего чек аута, за что ей огромное спасибо. Когда завтрак накрывал мужчина - он был намного хуже. Есть джакузи и великолепная терраса с видом на виноградники. Можно взять тур и дегустацию их вин. ( мы не брали, поэтому ничего сказать не могу). |Теперь минусы:|В комнатах нет минибара, нет сейфа. Все террасы, как перед номером, так и общая под открытым небом, за исключением небольшого кусочка прямо перед дверью в номер, что не спасает от дождя и не закрывает от солнца. Мы общались с двумя владельцами отеля. Они не разговаривают по английски. Общались через гугл переводчик, что создавало определенные неудобства. Мужчина был крайне нелюбезен, в отличии от женщины, которая была очень внимательна и любезна. Мы прибыли в 14.00 , на рецепшен никого нет ( заезд с 16.00-18.00).Мы хотели оставить вещи где-нибудь. Дозвонились в колокольчик, который висит у входа для таких случеев. Пришел этот мужчина ( жалко не знаю его имени) и на все наши просьбы мы получали только один ответ: невозможно. Слава богу пришла женщина и позволила нам оставить вещи на складе. Когда мы вернулись в 17.30 нас снова встречал тот же человек и снова мы получали один ответ : невозможно заселение в номер, что мы должны позвонить по телефону и тогда кто-нибудь придет для чек ин .Его не волновало, что мы не можем разговаривать по телефону на французском языке. Еле еле упросили его позвонить и слава богу заселились. За 3 ночи номер убрали один раз и поменяли полотенца один раз. |Вот эти все мелкие неудобства не позволили нам полностью насладится отдыхом в этом отеле.|Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We spoke with the two owners of the hotel. They don't speak English. We communicated through Google translator, which created some inconvenience. The man was extremely unkind, unlike the woman, who was very attentive and kind. We arrived at 14.00, there was no one at the reception (check-in from 16.00-18.00). We wanted to leave things somewhere. We got through to the bell that hangs at the entrance for such cases. This man came (I'm sorry I don't know his name) and to all our requests we received only one answer: impossible. Thank God a woman came and allowed us to leave things in the warehouse. When we returned at 17.30 we were met again by the same person and again we received one answer: it was impossible to check into the room, that we had to call by phone and then someone would come for a check in. He did not care that we could not talk on the phone in French. Barely barely begged him to call and thank God settled. For 3 nights the room was cleaned and towels changed once.|All these minor inconveniences did not allow us to fully enjoy our stay...

I am pretty good at deciphering thru the adds and brochures that places use to "lure" you there way. So now given that, I looked over the offerings of rooms by La France and decided to reserve a room here - picking the room with a "vineyard view". Well the only vineyard view I could find from our room was if you stood on your tippy toes and looked out the 1/2 sq meter window in the bathroom. So we were disappointed by this. The room pics that I used to rent the place were identical to the room we received right down to the colour of the tile in the bathroom and the pictues on the wall, so I think we received the correct room but it only had a courtyard view (which was nice). The location of the small hotel/BnB is right in the vineyard.|Now the fellow running the breakfast room was superb and elevated my election to give this place 4 * instead of 3 * due to the view thing.|For breaky he offers all kinds of breads, jams, sweets, toast, yogurt & fruits and also offers to make you an omelet which is also superb.|So in closing we will probably try and stay here again but pick a room with a "courtyard view" for a few Euros less and enjoy the surrounding vineyard and the...
