We visit the reception and send some pictures of the dirt we experience at the sanitary buildings in Vanille and the other buildings. The stains on the wall of the toilet where there for more than a week. We hoped they would got some attention. But unfortunately it didn't.

As we told at the reception, we really enjoy staying at your campsite. The pool, the lake and beach, and al the activitys are really nice. But we also experience a very low quality of the maintenance and cleaning of the sanitairy buildings, that makes it not likely to come back or recommand this campsite to others.

I understand that the renewing of the sanitair is a part of a 5year plan. We hope that the sanitair will be renovated soon.

In all the reviews about the bad cleaning the owner replies: "Our teams of professionals are trained in the strictest hygiene rules to ensure impeccable cleanliness for the sanitary facilities. We are therefore surprised by your comment, but we will of course pass the information on to the teams involved"

This is a cross between a holiday camp and a beach resort - which is sort of weird in the middle of the French countryside. The site is huge and is centred abound some lakes with a big sandy beach. The public can have access via a day pass to the lakes, beach, pools and water-sports.||||Be careful which pitch you choose. We stayed one night but moved early evening after 5 guys who had rented 2 chalets behind us started to have a party on their veranda. Ended-up on another pitch closer to the beach but had to call out security at 1am to clear the rowdy teenagers off the beach - despite the campsite rules saying: "There must be complete silence between 11pm and 7am on the whole campsite". Trust me, no-one pays the slightest attention to this!||||As for the site, the toilet/shower blocks are ok but a little dated. There is an excellent restaurant on site with good food. Pitches are plentiful with shade or sun as you want. Big site with a lot to do on the lake.. Great range of water activities that are fairly priced. Nice long and well groomed beach and lots of area to sit and relax..||The pitches are spacious and well shaded.||Toilets are too few and busy but acceptably clean and ok.||||But Very noisy all night! Not specific parties, I think security deal with that but just general noise, people walking around, talking,. Virtually never silent.||||The snack bar food and drinks are ok but we always waited more than 30 mins to get anything, sometimes queuing for an hour.. They should really change the system there, separate food and drinks orders for example.||||Zero social distancing possible.. And the rules on pass sanitaire unclear - pass and mask required to walk a few meters through to the pool.. Pass required for the restaurant, even sitting alone outside..
