This camping offers sites that are clearly marked and clean, with lots of shade and spacious enough for most types of campervans, tents. Reception was very friendly and pointed us some spots to pick from. We ended up near the sanitary block in the back (away from the road), which is large enough to accommodate the campsite, very clean and tidy as well. Just make sure your extension cord is long enough if you wish to plug-in, as electricity poles can be a bit further away. FYI: there is a second sanitary block closer to the main access, which makes you are never too far from sanitary. ||Silent hours are from 23h onwards, which is controlled by staff driving around the campsite on electric scooters. The only downside is the music in the distance from a disco which seems to continue forever. Bread service is available, or you can take breakfast in the small restaurant for a reasonable price. We had dinner in the on-site pizzeria, which provides delicious pizza to eat on the terrace or take-out. Service was quick and friendly. In fact, for us some of the best pizza we had in Corsica!||From the camping, both the beach (approx. 10 min walk) as well as city center (approx. 25min. walk) are easily accessible, which allows you to leave the car on the camping and avoid the Corsican traffic jams. There is also a supermarket close by. ||We recommend this campsite if you want to stay...
Read moreCOMPLETELY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CAMPING!!! I came to the Paduella camping and after visiting the reception I was told to choose the spot and to come back in order to check-in. When my wife started the unpacking, I provided all necessary data for our stay and I was told to leave our passports for the entire lenght of our stay. When I started asking why do they request to leave them our passports/ IDs physically instead of writing down our personal data, I was explained this is in case of any damages or theft on our side... When I kindly asked the woman at the reception if she can ask the manager/anyone who could explain me this fact 2 other women came who started screaming at me and repeating plenty times "what is my problem"... When they became very angry and arrogant (they were shouting at me the entire "conversation") I asked if this is legal in France to take someone's IDs and put them in their shelf I heard "we know this is illegal, but we do not care, you leave your ID or YOU GET THE F..K OUT OF HERE"
How come can you treat anyone who come to your...
Read moreExcellent campsite within walking distance of the beach (10 minutes) and Calvi (30 minutes). Large supermarket (Casino) close by. Clean sanitary facilities (important!), many large and shady places with electricity. Except bread in the morning and pizza in the evening in September not much entertainment unfortunately (no bar). But that makes it quiet, we like it, but it is a bit boring for teenagers. Note, the adjacent holiday park organized a live concert on the Friday until 01.30 am, which was quite a nuisance to say the least. You can pay by credit card. No WiFi early September due to the huge storm in August...
