ibis budget Nantes Nord Treillières — Hotel in Châteaubriant-Ancenis

We stopped here on our way back to the ferry from south of France. Check in was seamless and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay with three young children. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute delight, it was quiet with very friendly staff. A wide selection of pastries, breads, jams/spreads, cheese and meat. And bonus it had bacon and either scrambled or boiled eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Really nice coffee too. Only downside was the restaurant wasn’t open when we arrived in the evening and we had to get back in the car with the kids. However the receptionist sent us to the right place and we had a really lovely meal at the Atlantis shopping area

We stopped over for one night as a family of five and were very impressed by the facilities, location and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was perfect, however I thought I had requested a travel cot but apparently none were available so that made the night difficult with my 9 month old baby. Overall I felt the hotel was understaffed and service was poor. Breakfast was a shambles with no basic things like water and napkins readily available, and lots of things empty and not being refilled. We would however still stay here for the hotel location...
