We were regularly visiting Château de Vaulx over the last 10 years and always found the experience a wonderful thing . However we were worried when we discovered Marty the owner had moved on.|However this visit under the care of manager Barry allayed our fears. His welcome and attention to detail was as if Marty was still there . Barry is a consummate perfectionist and not only gave us a very warm welcome but organised dinner outside on the terrace as well - a wonderful way to start our holiday.|We have booked the château for two days on our return trip to prepare us for our return home.|If this site had a box with 6 stars in it , I would have ticked it without a second thought !|Thank you Barry and the beautiful...

We reserved the entire Castle for our wedding weekend in July 2019 and we must say that we couldn't pick a better location. Marty is a delightful and charming host. He has been a precious ally before and during the week-end. The Château is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. We were able to set up our ceremony outside, under beautiful trees, our feet in graceful ivy... The moment was magical and all our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. ||The view over the countryside gives you such a sense a serenity that you will never want to leave!||We highly recommend Château de Vaulx, no matter the occasion, I think you will always receive a warm welcome and feel wrapped in the delicate beauty...

Second visit, and met Barry (he was in Canada last time). This place is heavenly and Barry gets that trick right that so many don't; making everything seem easy and relaxed (when you know how much work has gone into creating that feel). It may look pricey but don't forget, if you're doing other places, by the time all the extras are added in you'll be paying similar. The place feels like home.
