La Métairie de Moutiques — Hotel in Condom

What a wonderful place! Charming, full of atmosphere, and beautifully decorated, set in an authentic and beautiful building that has a historical connection to the chateau up the road. Our gîte was picture-perfect: stylish, spotless, and equipped with every comfort – even an espresso machine for the perfect morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit on the softer side. The air conditioning kept the temperature pleasant, and the shower was nice and had good water pressure. A big plus: the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The terrace is lovely and peaceful, with two comfortable lounge chairs and a cosy bistro set. The swimming pool is fantastic – crystal-clear water, sun loungers to relax in, and a parasol for those who prefer some shade. The garden is beautiful, and the view is simply breathtaking. Six lovely cats wander around; they’re a bit shy and reserved, but we found their presence very charming. The owners, Magali and Éric, are incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful.
