La Maison des Maîtres de Forge — Hotel in Dijon

My husband and I stayed here at the end of June and we had an excellent stay. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to others. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We called them about dinner but they were full so they offered to make us a platter of local cheeses and cured meats and wine. It was so delicious. We could tell this B&B was a passion project for them, which just made the whole experience feel personalized and connected to the place. Also, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST THERE. The included breakfast was insane. All fresh, local products. Everything just had so much flavor- from the homemade flan tart to the bakery fresh bread. The setting was also beautiful. It was so green and lush. A small river runs through the property. The room was nice and comfortable (although we didn’t seem to have Wi-Fi). This B&B is in the middle of nowhere but it is definitely worth your while. They are also dog-friendly! Would definitely stay here again...

Première expérience en chambres d’hôtes pour un mariage. Nous en avons découvert le principe et avons été très bien reçus et mis à l’aise par Damien et Angélique. Nous avons eu plusieurs occasions de discuter ensemble et le courant est vraiment bien passé. Simplicité et authenticité ; charme de l’ancien et bon de niveau de confort. La cuisine (maison) est excellente avec des produits locaux. Le lieu est parfait pour les amateurs de vieilles pierres. Qui plus est, ce domaine possède une véritable histoire. Ce fut un réel plaisir et une très belle rencontre. Les instants passés au gite s’ajoutent à la magie du mariage auquel nous étions conviés.
