ibis Styles Cannes Le Cannet — Hotel in Grasse

I've stayed in this hotel 2-3 times between 2016 and 2018, that time my review was 4 out of 5 but after my stay during Oct 2023, it dropped to 0 drastically. Unfortunately the room I've stayed was infested by bed bugs. I was bitten but I didn't see them at first.The night before my last night, I woke up in the middle of the night for toilet and turn the lights on. I was shocked to see numerous bed bugs crawling on my bed. They changed my room and said that they're sorry but the new room was horrible, it was so dirty. I saw two comments about bed bugs written before. My friend on 6th floor ( I was on 5th) also had the same problem, probably her room was even worse because she was bitten worse than me. Its worst experience of hospitality of my life time. My daughter along with other 2 kids and one senior citizen trapped in elevator. When I raised this issue to management they show very poor response to this situation. After 5 mins when I asked what's the status. Desk clerk answer " I don't know. Other people start panic than Director himself answer " I DON'T CARE ". I don't want to talk to you people. That was very surprising, director of hotel answer like this!!!! Even they failed to give ETA for response time from technician team. I will NEVER stay in this chain hotels and also will tell this story to all my friends and families before they visit...
