We had an amazing time at this little paradise. Mark, Omer and Luna the dog are lovely hosts. The place is spacious and very clean. You feel the effort put in everything. The rooms including a kitchen with cofee machine and everything you need to even cook and prepare small food on your own. Omer sometimes makes dinner for all the guests which adds nice additions on the atmosphere to get to know the people staying there. A Lot of great things to do within reach by car: Cannes, a nice lake, Cabris… so you wont get bored. We keep the week at La Connexion in good memories and hopefully come back soon! As you can see: also our dog enjoyed the time a lot!

I just enjoyed a wonderful 9-day stay at the beautiful La Connexion Gay Boutique Resort. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty of the area truly amazed me. One highlight was a fantastic hike at the nearby national reservoir, and I also took the opportunity to visit Nice and Cannes, both just a short drive away. Back at the resort, the pool area was a perfect place to relax, with stunning views of the mountains. Everything about my stay was relaxing and memorable, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon. A big thank you to the hosts for making this amazing holiday possible.

We had a fantastic week here mid March. Weather was amazing so we walked everyday and explored the nearly villages. The location, although rural could not have been better for us. The accommodation is incredible - laid back luxury at its best. The lovely owners have really considered their guests when designing and renovation this gorgeous property. Will we return? A definite YES. Can't wait to be back there relaxing by the pool.

A Perfect Countryside Retreat with Superb Hospitality - relaxing and truly memorable

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at La Connexion, in the Signoret apartment. From the minute we arrived we loved the space and comfortable space of the appetite with comfy bed, ultra modern decor and finishing and spotlessly clean throughout, great shower and an expansive kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook with delicious produce from the nearby grocery stores.

We loved the outdoor dining space and the little table and chairs, perfect for a lazy afternoon spot in in shade. Location is great for food lovers – a fabulous boulangerie just around the corner for baguettes, and the St Jaques Commercial Centre nearby with patisserie, fishmonger, butcher, wine shop, and deli.

The apartment also had the convenience of its own private drive and parking behind secure gates. . The pool and main guest area are upstairs via the side steps, where we had breakfast daily and where the saltwater pool and jacuzzi was located, with plenty of sun loungers and soft seating areas so you can choose between sunshine or shade.

A special mention to Ömer, the host - He makes you feel immediately at home and is full of excellent tips for things to do in the area. We chose to include breakfast each day: fresh eggs cooked to order, croissants, pain au chocolat, charcuterie, cheeses, jams, and French press coffee.

We also enjoyed dinner one evening, and it was great. Ömer prepared a cheese salad, a lovely fragrant Thai green curry, and delicious apple tarte, with wines. At €40 per person, it was not only fantastic value but also a lovely way to meet and chat with the other guests.

The location is rural, surrounded by rolling countryside views, with the added charm of the château’s chickens roaming the gardens.

It’s also a great base for exploring the region, so I’d highly recommend hiring a car. From here we easily reached Mougins (30 mins), Gourdon (25 mins), Cannes (30 mins), Antibes (40 mins), and the beach at Fréjus (40 mins) along a stunning scenic route by the lakes.

Working in the hotel industry myself, I really appreciate great service and attention to detail, and La Connexion was superb in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a combination of peaceful countryside charm with easy access to the French Riviera’s highlights. Super clean, excellent modern decor with the charm of France, and beautiful grounds to enjoy.

A huge thank you to Ömer for making our stay...

We came for the five-star reviews — we left wondering if they were written for a completely different resort… or maybe by people who never actually stayed here.||We booked this gay resort based on its glowing 5/5 TripAdvisor reviews, but honestly, it felt like we stayed at a completely different place. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was short and perfunctory, with no briefing about the resort and no warmth.||Throughout our stay, there was little to no interaction from the hosts. They offered minimal advice on where to eat, and when we did ask, it felt like we were bothering them. For example, when I asked where to go for lunch, the owner replied, “I told you yesterday,” and moved on. I couldn’t recall what he’d said the day before, and there was no follow-up or help.||A few other moments stood out for all the wrong reasons:||We asked for a blanket and were told to just turn down the air conditioning.|When my pool towel disappeared, instead of providing a fresh one, the owner produced a random towel from somewhere and said, “Here you go.”|My husband asked for another coffee at breakfast, and after making a new pot, the owner said, “Make sure you drink it all,” in a tone that made it sound more like a chore than hospitality.||The whole resort had a flat, lifeless energy. We hardly saw the two hosts, and when we did, it often felt like our presence was an inconvenience. Ironically, the warmest they were during our entire stay was when we were checking out – almost as if they were relieved to see us go.||Perhaps it’s because the property is up for sale, or perhaps they’re simply unhappy in their role, but whatever the reason, our experience was dreadful. We actually clapped as we drove away – and not in celebration of a great stay.||We left wondering how on earth it had such high reviews, but one thing’s for sure: we won’t...
