Gites de Source — Hotel in Jonzac

We stayed at Linda and Claude's place, Gites de Source, Chatenet and had the best experience imaginable. The house is located on a quiet road, The Wi-Fi is strong (we measured 100mbps). The chalets all have their own bathroom and plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the views, the games nook, and most of all, the fantastic swimming pool! Linda and Claude were the nicest, sweetest & yet most professional couple you will ever get to meet. Gites de Source is their pride and joy. The moment we arrived; we knew it was something special. Claude greeted us at the drive-in and was most welcoming in introducing us to the place. They were really nice and accommodating and yet they would always respect and give us space. We would have loved to interact more with them, but we were also afraid to intrude on their own privacy. Staying in Gites de Source is more like having your dream home with the perfect hosts. We loved this place! Such an amazing time, we will be back for sure! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux, France and looking for a comfortable stay. So here is a big thank to you Linda and Claude for making our stay here at Gites de Source Chatenet the most luxurious & memorable one from start to the end. We were in Chatenet for a wedding weekend and a little bit of R&R. Our stay @ Gites de Source was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Linda and Claude welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout. The Gite itself actually exceeded our expectations; with breath taking views over a gorgeous landscape, a lovely pool, games area ....it provided the perfect retreat for a relaxing and enjoyable break. On top of this Claude shared his extensive knowledge of the local area, recommending hidden gems to explore. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had this weekend in Gites de Source. Linda and Claude were outstanding hosts, they made us feel so welcome from the get go and added to our experience through the combination of their generosity and humour. The site itself is made up of 3 beautiful, spacious gites, copious garden space to chill out and enjoy the French sun and then to top it off, a refreshing pool to cool you down once you’ve had enough of the sun.
