Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Only 12 minutes walk from metro line 14, but aside from that, the area is quite dead - it's a business/office area, so don't expect a typical Parisian neighbourhood. :) They didn't have luggage racks to borrow, or tissue paper in the room, which aren't terrible but they're staples of hotels, so that's quite weird. The night staff seemed unprepared for any questions (like asking for towels etc.), so they should probably train them a bit better, although they were friendly and tried to help.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff spoke English. Room was clean with AC and a great breakfast. Don't follow google maps to access. It will guide you through Rungis which will cost you 15 Euro to enter.

From the heading, you’ll know what’s coming next. Its not very good. We chose this hotel as we wanted something close to the airport so we could spend a day plane spotting from the wonderful terrace- so we booked for two nights. First problem – not every taxi driver knows where the hotel is - so we got charged excessively for inefficient routes. Take a map showing the location and give it to your driver, should you (despite this review) stay here.||On arrival we were booked in by one of the surliest and offhand receptionists we have had in a long while. We went to the room and evaluated its suitability and noticed that the pillows were particularly worn and thin. So I went back to the receptionist and requested two more. A fairly normal thing you would think. The answer – “no”. No explanation, just you cannot have any. With no manager present not a lot we could do other than stuff the spare blanket in the room under the top section of the bedsheet to raise it in lieu of a pillow.||We decided to console ourselves with a beer on the small outside terrace. It had been raining earlier but now it was sunny. We looked out on a not very salubrious area and were staggered when we noticed a hooded individual casually trying every vehicle door in the nearby car park. So next advice – definitely get a taxi (with a map) – don’t bring your car here.||We had been seated for about 15 minutes when I felt a wet sensation in my trousers. Now I’m getting on in years, but my bladder control is just fine. I got up to find that the seat covers were soaked on the reverse side and my weight on the cover had aided the water flowing to the rest. So, after the rain the staff had simply flipped the covers instead of making sure they were properly dried. Presumably because like the pillows these were the only ones and no seat covers = no terrace income. ||On to the evening meal and we were very disappointed to find that the wonderful buffets that used to be a feature of this chain are now gone. Our three-course meal was expensive and of poor quality. Our table was near the side of the restaurant and conversation during our starter was interrupted by the noisy and lengthy restocking of the cutlery drawer. But presumably not with cutlery as we were made to keep our starter knives and forks for the next course too. In a three-star hotel?!! This very seldom happens now even in the most humble of establishments in France.||I’ll not bore you with details of the rest of our stay – oh except to say that the aircon is pretty pathetic. |So, unremittingly dismal and we would be never stay here again. One bright point to mention to be balanced though – the young lad Antoine, who is clearly working in the wrong place as his excellent and personable service was a very stark contrast to every other member of the team for whom customers are clearly a big...

I was a guest during the first days of this new hotel. The check in was quick, friendly, I asked for a quiet room and the receptionist confirmed and guaranteed that I was having a quiet room, on the first floor? Difficult to believe but I believed her. I had a room, nice one, as it was new. Was comfortable, nice bed and nice shower. The corridor though was freezing as they did not have the heating on in the common areas. Dinner was at the hotel, a bit disorganized as they did not know how to work....they did not find bread, napkin, knifes, they did not know how to serve/attend.... food was ok for the price but a bit cold. At 23h was still noisy as my room was just above the restaurant facing a small balcony for smokers which were opening and closing the door all the time. So, as I imagine, the 1st floor was a big NO GO. Was very noisy, moving of furniture/tables, even at 24h.... early morning was the same during the breakfast. The sleep quality in such a room was bad. The wifi was very bad, you can’t really use it besides checking whatsapp and emails. Forget Netflix, any kind of video streaming, work, etc.... and on the top of that the TV is NOT a smart TV but as the wifi was so bad you could not even watch anything in your PC or tablet. Very disappointing and upsetting that a new hotel has no smart TV, a very poor wifi, etc. Is a 30min ride from the airport with the TRAM 7. I would not stay here again because of those issues and also because of...

Staff was chatting and smoking outside the hotel at the front door. Can they not smoke at the side and out of the sight of guest??? There was a black male receptionist which was constantly talking on the phone and sitting at the sofa area. Totally unacceptable for staff. Where is the manager? Why is there no standard operating procedure? The black lady receptionist was very friendly and did her work properly. The room had no furnishing, no sofa, no seating area, no lounge table and the rooms were relatively small. There was nothing around the hotel although deliveroo worked. The toilet was functional but small. Only good was the free parking....
