This is a relatively new hotel with clean rooms, but the service falls far below expectations. During check-in, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The staff only provided information when I explicitly asked — nothing was offered proactively.
Breakfast was mediocre at best, especially compared to other Hilton Garden Inn locations.
What truly disappointed me, however, was the airport shuttle. I was scheduled to catch the 7:58 AM shuttle, but it never showed up. A group of us waited at the stop for nearly half an hour before everyone gave up and ordered Ubers.
When I contacted the hotel to request reimbursement — since the shuttle simply didn’t come — they completely dodged responsibility. No one followed up with me, and they brushed it off with the excuse that the shuttle is run by a third party and therefore “not their responsibility.” That makes zero sense from a guest’s perspective, especially since the shuttle is one of the main reasons people choose this hotel.
Unfortunately, the staff seem more interested in avoiding accountability than actually helping guests when something goes wrong. This does not feel like a hotel that lives up to the promise of hospitality.
Future guests should be warned: the airport shuttle may be completely unreliable, and you shouldn’t expect the hotel to assist you if problems arise...

I noticed that the digital key in the App was working, which means that I could enter the room in which someone else stayed. It is hard to believe that the reception desk did not even confirm the name of guest!||The reception desk assigned another room and said nothing at all. I am not sure what they did in their system but am certainly that they messed up the bills. The bill I got at check-out only showed the city tax but not the room rate I actually paid for. As a result, it was not counted as a stay in my account.
