Hotel Best Western Paris Orly Airport — Hotel in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

BED BUGS!! My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I entered my room, I was greeted with appalling conditions. The lifts weren't working, and I got stuck in one shortly after my arrival. The reception area was chaotic, with massive crowds waiting for service. To top it off, my room was infested with bed bugs, and there were cockroaches crawling on the bedside tables and bed. The stench in the room was unbearable, and when I tried to request toiletries, they rudely hung up on me.

I can't emphasize enough how disgusted I am with this hotel. I was bitten multiple times within the first 45 minutes of my stay, and despite bringing the bed bugs to the reception's attention, they not only refused to refund my money but also failed to offer a sincere apology. The staff's lack of concern for my well-being was shocking. Adding insult to injury, they falsely marked my stay as a no-show, showcasing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity.

If it were possible, I would give this hotel a 0-star rating. They should have compensated me for the new hotel I had to pay for, as well as the taxi fare, at the very least. I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to find alternative accommodations. This hotel should be shut down...

We had a 3 night stay, room was clean and the bed was spacious, there was no shower screen or curtain so each time we used the shower the bathroom got soaked, the kettle leaked as you tried to pour from it. The lifts were grubby and had plates with food in the corridors, it was still there the next day.|The guy working in the bar was very efficient and worked hard, but he looked miserable and did not smile once. Reception staff all helpful and welcoming. There was an option to pay €10 for coffee and fruit and pastries at breakfast, we wish we hadn't bothered, the pastries and coffee on offer was fine but the lady who worked in the breakfast room ruined it, literally following us around and watching what we was putting on our plates and constantly shouting at us that we are only allowed 1 pastry each (was sold to us as unlimited pastries) but to be fair 1 was enough, then we got shouted at again and was told we had 5 minutes left before it closes, we decided to just leave at this point because we had become a bit of a spectacle for the other diners, all I can say is dont bother, it was an embarrassing situation and not necessary, this lady was clearly not happy in her job and has zero customer service skills.|My advice is to give this...

AVOID THIS HOTEL! Terrible experience at this hotel, worst Staff ever and I have been in several hotels of all different kind. Unfortunately, I broke my leg at the end of my stay, so my mobility was complicated. We got a mobility room with easier access to the toilet and so on. In the TV I saw that there is room service everyday from 6 am until midnight, so I called to ask for breakfast before taking my pills. The answer was the room service is only from Monday til Friday (it was Saturday), so I checked the breakfast options at the restaurant, and it says breakfast is open until 11:30 on Saturday & Sunday! I was down at 10:25 and they told me I had only 5 minutes to eat as they were closing at 10:30. So I went to the reception to put a claim, asked to talk to the manager, and Mohammed told me there was no Manager by then,but he would help me (both lies). I asked him if I could seat in the lobby and he could come to me (remember I have a broken leg) he came and heard me, but he only said the information in the TV was wrong and went back to reception to attend other customers!
