KOALA WAKEUP HOUSE — Hotel in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

I just wanted to say that I booked at the Koala wakeup house for a guest for a month and who unfortunately was not able to make the trip due to personal reasons. Despite the property having a policy of payments not being refundable, I found the staff to be extremely understanding and customer oriented. They refunded 70 percent of the deposit and then will keep the 30% percent as credit for my next booking. This was a very good gesture on behalf of the management and staff of the property. The room was okay, but the apartment is a bit outside of Paris. The bus connection was fine — bus number 132 stops right outside. However, the tram is a bit far by walking. Public transport in Paris wasn’t as convenient as we expected, which was a bit annoying. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. Excellentes chambres, c'est vraiment grand pour le prix qu'on y met.

Par contre niveau bruit c'est horrible, et il n'y a pas de volets.

Ils utilisent des rideaux occultant en tant que volets mais c'est pas du tout pareil, la journée la chambre est relativement bien illuminée.

Bruits de pas sans cesse, sauf peut-être après 1-2h du matin. L'hôtel c'est comme une grande maison, donc imaginez des gens marcher sur un parquet à quelques mètres de votre chambre, sans cesse. Vos voisins veulent rentrer dans leur chambre ? Vous allez les entendre taper le code qui génère un bruit inutile à CHAQUE chiffre (il y en a six, et mon voisin s'est trompé de code alors... Un beau boucan) Ça parle de checkout à 12h00 mais ça me réveille à 10h00 déjà que j'ai eu du mal à m'endormir. À 11h00 ils ont re toqué à la porte et immédiatement commencé à taper le code de ma chambre; si je ne réponds pas la seconde même, ils auraient ouvert la porte.

C'est vraiment dommage, le premier ressenti était excellent et pendant plusieurs heures j'ai patienté en me disant que les bruits c'est temporaire, ça...
