Chambres d'hôtes La Leva — Hotel in La Tour-du-Pin

We stopped here on our way north, unfortunately for only one night--we could have stayed for a week! A lovely restoration, an enormous room overlooking the courtyard with a large modern bath; and since it was quite warm, an inviting pool. Our friendly hosts could not have been nicer, telling us about all the work they had put in restoring the site, providing us with an excellent breakfast in a sheltered part of the courtyard, and recommending an excellent dinner location. This is striking distance from Lyon; if we ever get the opportunity to return, we would reserve a room here immediately. La Leva is a beautiful, familiary place to stay. The rooms are furnished with love for the details and very clean. Although I stayed there during a business trip, when I came to the hotel in the evening it almost felt like holiday in this great ambiente. The owner of the three room bed & breakfast cares for her guests so lovely with delicious food on the terrasse or the dining room. I just can recommend this place to everybody who wants to have some calm days, relax and see the countryside. And Lyon is also just 45 minutes away to visit.||The pictures on the homepage really show how nice...

This b&b is highly recommended! |Delicious breakfast. |The decoration is original and beautiful. The place is very clean and looks new. It is about 15 minutes drive from Lyon airport. |Virginie, the host, is so kind and warm. It was a pleasure to meet her.|We landed late at night, and had a problem with the car while driving to the b&b. Virginie and her husband (which turned out to be a mechanic, and luckily for us had all the required equipment) came right away to help us even though it was so late.|We stayed there for one night, and wished we had more time. We hope to come back...
