This is a basic but cosy hotel with very good rates, situated in a nice area.||We had a bright room on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the river.||There was a bathroom, but the wall didn't go all the way up to the ceiling.||The bed was comfortable but a bit too short.||Wi-fi was good.||The breakfast was a good French one with baguette and croissant.||An issue that could be a problem is that the house is not sound proof. Secure bike parking in the garage. All very good. Not a great deal in the town, but the pizza place round the corner is worth a visit...save room...

The only thing we don't get excited about is the stairs up to the top floor, however the view of the lake makes them worth it! I think this place is excellent value for money.||Our review says we travelled in August 2012 - we didn't, it was July/August every year prior to this for three years, but August 2011...
