Auberge de vauclair — Hotel in Laon

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing, starting from Natacha’s kind and excellent service. We booked online and the bed size description for the triple room was incorrect. A mistake made by the booking platform, not Auberge Vauclair. Natasha contacted me to let me know the second bed was quiet small for an adult and offered to move us to a room with two queen size beds. If you are three adults this is the room you need.

Upon arrival, Natasha was there waiting to greet us and show us around. She is the sweetest and most kindest person. She managed to speak a bit of English and use her son as a translator 😂 She really cares about giving the best service possible.

This is an amazing B&B in a charming little town of Bouconville-Vauclair. The room is cozy, delicate decorated. The bed and bedding are very comfy, clean and of high quality. The bathroom is huge, spotless clean and having a toilet room separated from the shower room is very convenient when you are more than two people in the room.

The common living-seating area is so cozy and warm. board games and big tv; dinner table and very comfortable chairs. You can get a pizza from a near buy pizza place and eat in the beautiful rest area.

Great place to stay the night as stop-over. Most spacious and luxurious rooms I've ever seen in an Auberge. The Zen room even has a whirlpool. Food was terrific and reasonably priced. The owner and passionate chef, Manual, treats his guests very kindly and gave us a warm welcome and farewell. Would have been 5 stars if not for the small prebaked croissants for breakfast. A great little place! A nice quiet location to stay with nicely decorated themed rooms. We stayed in the family room which was large and comfortable. My son spent quite some time in the jacuzzi bath which plays music!
