Arrived Sunday 2pm to find only 1 young girl on reception having to deal with lots of new arrivals coming onsite, people wanting ping pong/crazy golf equipment, queries, buying from the shop etc...it wasn't her fault but she clearly needed more support.||We were given an unsuitable pitch which didnt even have a number, it looked like waste ground, it was unhygienic with dog poo around the site, sloping pitch and soft ground we struggled getting the motorhome up it (see pictures). This was not acceptable as we had 2 children who want to play outside.||There were plenty of other nice flat suitable hedged empty pitches like nos. 117, 125, 40, 41, 33, 34 and other sites but apparently these weren't available. ||Tried complaining to the young receptionist but her English and our French was only basic. Asked to speak to the manager and was told not available til 6pm, it was 2pm now!||The French caravan behind me at reception got a nice large pitch by the aqua park centre.||Eventually was allowed to go on pitch 117 but only for 4 nights! We had booked directly with the company and prepaid back in June for 6 nights because there was availability. Had to go back down to reception the next day and was then physically showed pitch 42.||Great we thought, however, the day before we moved we were told it wasn't 42, as someone was now camping on it! Was then given another site further up which was meant to be clear for emergency vehicles/access to fire hydrant!||No other motorhome, tent or caravan was put on the original, sloping grass waste ground that we were originally given. Good job we refused that pitch as I knew heavy rain was on the way and the pitch would have got even more waterlogged and muddy.||All this messing around with pitches, unhooking, resetting up, putting up/down the awning tents, packing things away etc spoilt our holiday. Thank you Camping...

This is a great family campsite, good pools and slides, lots of clean toilet and shower blocks, playground and surrounding area very good with trampolines, basketball court, mini golf, table tennis etc. Lots of activities and entertainment to chose from each day for all the family. Pitch was big but grass was gone and was just dirt which was not so nice. We hired bikes from reception i the middle of our trip, we had a child trailer attached to one of the bikes and on our cycle, the brakes did not work properly on one of the bikes and the trailer with children inside flipped upside down and skidded on the road. The children were very shook up and we needed to get a car to come and collect them as they would not get back in, understandably. When I got back to reception, one of the management staff was very rude and unsympathetic and did not even want to refund the cost of the hire, it could have been a lot more serious an accident so I think I was being very calm only asking for a refund as we had only been gone 10 minutes when this happened and it happened as a result of a faulty brake. Apart from that member of staff, everyone else was excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Shop is great and well priced, bread delivery was very useful and the bar was good and food was great also. Location was a bit far out of the town for me, we had to drive in each time and traffic was awful all of the time. The area is lovely though and there...

I am an independent travel agent and as a professional I would not recommend this campsite to clients .⚠️⚠️|It's not a 4star campsite to start with , they are not inclusive to any other languages other then french , there's virtually no entertainment for small kids but it is advertised on their site. ⚠️There is no supervision of slide area until late afternoon , my 4 year old son went down a slide and 2 teenagers jumped straight on after him they came down so fast they dragged his life jacket by the neck he went under the water my husband grabbed him and they kicked him into the stomach with collision his stomach is all marked and bruised .|Also there was horse poo left on the walkway to the pool area and was left for hours on end . |I would not return ⚠️⚠️ unsafe and not family friendly unless your french I have spoken to many family's while here and they all feel the same |My travel page is travelclubc on Instagram there I can point you in the right direction to what campsites are actually 4star , safe and clean with the utmost attention to detail when it comes to kids safety and...

My family and I stayed here in July/August 2023. It’s a great campsite! It has pools, a bar/restaurant, snack bar, bike hire, table tennis, mini golf, play areas, and a small shop serving fresh bread every morning. The staff are very friendly. It’s location in Brittany is perfect for us - easy cycling to local beaches and beautiful coasts and countryside to explore. Highly recommended.
