Les 7 Saints — Hotel in Lorient

Just back from a great time in France. We had 2 weeks in Camping 7 Saints just outside Erdeven. Almost entirely in French so don't be upset to find that there are plenty of French people who don't speak much English. ||Details of the campsite are at: www.septsaints.com||||There were 5 of us (kids aged 8, 5 and 2) so we hired a chalet. It's a good size and the high roof means it doesn't get as hot as the mobile homes. In the morning there was a miniclub from the children. Communication was minimal, but they managed to get on fine painting anf modelling and other crafts.||The weather was a bit mixed, but the location was great with a good choice of activities and towns in easy reach. The town of Erdeven is small but with a good selection of restaurants. The Pizzaria is not the familiar trattoria, instead it's Italian with a big French accent.||If you want a holiday in France where you can get a good French experience, this is a good...

Spent a week in this camping. Apart from the outdoor swimming pool and some games for kids there is nothing special. ||No activities, camping dance and karaoke were boring and people didn't show up. ||So no activities, I actually got jealous seeing the camping 3 mins away from this one. ||So calm and empty. ||It deserves to be 4 star camping and not 5! ||Doors open from 7-00||Activities not far and interesting in erdeven ||Beaches and quiberon ||Don't hesitate to take the ferry and go to belle île en mer||Kids had fun ||||Why was the restaurant always closed! ||Why isn't there bread in the morning ||A bakery is a five minute drive from the camping but usually there should be one in ||Anyhow...

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants dont 1 bébé de 6 mois. Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour dans ce camping. On a fait un camping 5 étoiles 1 semaine avant dans le même département et bien rien à voir!

Ici beaucoup de points négatifs : accueil pas ouvert toute la journée donc si vous avez des questions ou problèmes il faut patienter. Pareil pour le bonjour du 1er jour… peu accueillant. Mais toutefois une personne que je remercie a été réactive à nos demandes quand on en a eu. Dommage je ne sais pas son nom car cette personne de l’accueil a été un des seul point positif du séjour. mini club annoncé dès 3 ans sur le site web du camping, mais une fois sur place c’est à partir de 5 ans, et l’animateur (le responsable non plus d’ailleurs) ne donne presque pas envie de laisser son enfant... un sourire ça coûte rien. De plus il s’agit plus d’une garderie qu’un club ! Pas de planning donc ça doit être selon l’humeur de l’animateur, pas de chance on est tombé les jours où les enfants font des puzzles et dessins pendant 2h, pas de proposition de jeux de groupe ou jeux en extérieur??? Vraiment nul ce mini club (en tant qu’ancienne animatrice jeunesse je me permets ce jugement) espace jeux : horaires non affichées donc on a été 2 fois pour rien car fermé.. et une fois ouvert on a payé un jeu mais il ne fonctionnait pas (point positif on a été remboursé après avoir été en parler au bar) un bloc sanitaire fermé (en Août…), rien d’affiché sur le bloc pour prévenir et expliquer. pas assez d’indications pour se repérer dans le camping

Il y a énormément de propriétaires (+ de 50 ans) sur ce camping donc on a plus l’impression d’arriver dans un lotissement (bruit de taille haies, d’entretiens en tout genre…) . « Tout le monde » se connait, pas vraiment esprit vacanciers de passage....
