The direction to the pack was excellent, and we were lucky that we didn't experience any traffic on our way there. On getting to the reception, we were attended to reasonably quickly as the customer care team attended to other people who had arrived before our arrival. The fact that the team could speak clear English was a plus as someone that doesn't speak French appreciated this immensely. We were given our keys but had to pay a damages deposit (£200), an imprint of your card. Should any damages occur, this is the card that would be charged. On getting to our residence, we noticed some minor things. The entry to our cabin/lodge needed to be cleaner. It looked like it had been months since it had been cleaned. We had to sweep up once we dropped our bags. We noticed the whole place was clean and inviting on getting into the premises. The only issue was that the beds needed to be laid properly. I wasn't expecting mints on the pillows but would have appreciated ironed and laid straight beds. There were amenities provided like dishwashing liquid, sponge, and cleaning cloth—a dishwasher with one dishwasher tablet. There were pots, although only one of the pots had lids. We found it odd that we didn't have any table knives but had some steak knives, which if you have young children isn't ideal. There was a Nespresso maker, tea, milk, sugar, and biscuits. The plus for my husband was that the cabin had air conditioning. This helped especially coming back from the scorching sun and at night time. I wonder if it is just me, but the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the best, but it was hot enough for you to have a hot shower. Be careful what you want to cook as there is no oven, just a stovetop; I didn't realise a stovetop meant no oven, so be aware and not assume as I did. The playground is decent, and all kids will have something to do no matter their age, from frame climbing to table tennis. Please make sure you take inscet replents as I got bitten by flies when sitting in the park. The pool times are between 10-7 pm; I would have liked it if it was opened earlier and closed later. This is so for people to get some swim time in the morning before leaving the camp and for others to destress after a day outing. This is because, by 8/9, it is still a bright day. The location is quite central as it is close to the train station, where you can park your car for free and hop onto the train. It is also close enough to many grocery shopping places, like Lidl, takeout, and the shopping mall. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

We stayed in one of the newer cabins, so it all looked brand new inside. Beds were so bouncy though, you will get woken up every time your partner rolls over!! Two bathrooms in the cabin was great. Air con was brilliant. Door lock did not work properly, you have to get it just right before it will lock properly! The pool is perfect for young kids, its shallow all the way. But there is NO SHADE anywhere by the pool!! Buy a few parasols! Theres one parasol which is reserved for the staff. The slides are fun, kids loved them, theres 3 different slides. The playground is good and shaded by lots of trees. Theres crazy golf which is free. There are 4 or 5 other small playgrounds/slides dotted around the site. The surrounding area around all the cabins is all quite low end. There are no immaculately kept lawns here! We were surprised to find out when we areives that we had to clean the cabin before we left!! There werent any cleaning products though except one cloth, broom and dustpan & brush! So we ended up having to clean the whole place with one cloth and no cleaning spray. So not the most hygienic clean!!!

We stayed in a family lodge which stated that it sleeps 6. Our group was made up of 5 adults and 1 child (2 couples out of that), and we were incredibly cramped within the lodge. The toilet is literally a tiny room inside the kitchen area so there is zero privacy. All walls of the lodge are paper-thin (to the point that they may as well not be there), and everything can be heard through them. Again, no privacy. The locks/ latches on the doors are non-existent and instead the doors are all closed using small hooks, which mean they don’t close properly and leave a gap between the doors and the frame- again, no privacy. |Two of the doors (the bathroom door and the double-bedroom door) would only open about half a foot before they got wedged against the floor and wouldn’t open any further without being forced. And they were so flimsy that you daren’t do that in case they broke. |The ‘sofa’ isn’t a sofa, it’s a bench which has no practical use and is very uncomfortable. The only saving grace for the living space is the lovely covered decked area outside, and we spent the majority of our family time sitting out there. |The kitchen space is also missing basic amenities such as an oven (but there is a hob and a dishwasher- the dishwasher is full sized and completely pointless as there isn’t enough crockery, cutlery and utensils in the lodge to fill it) tea towels, dinner knives etc, and there are no cleaning supplies except for enough washing up liquid for 1 wash (2 at a push) and 1 dishwasher tablet.||We were also provided with 1 loo roll only. This again wouldn’t have been a problem but it was not made clear on the website, booking page or on arrival, and I’m sure you can imagine with 6 people, we had to re-stock very quickly. ||The bedrooms are VERY cramped but the biggest issue was the beds themselves. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable the beds are. The ‘mattresses’ look like the mats you used to have in PE at primary school (ie covered in plastic and rock hard). I woke several times a night with a dead leg or hips because I was essentially laying on a plank of wood. The ‘pillows’ provided were disgraceful- they were wafer thin and only 1 pillow was provided per person. They had no stuffing and were no thicker than 2 inches each. When we asked at reception for different pillows or more of them, we were told it wasn’t possible as they have ‘exactly the number of pillows for the amount of lodges’. Firstly, if that’s true then that is a ridiculous and short sighted way to operate a holiday park and secondly, there was no was way the park was full when we were there. So we suffered for 5 nights with very little sleep at all.||The park does some things well- the pool areas are lovely and the sun loungers are plentiful and comfortable. The restaurant staff are really friendly and prices there aren’t too unreasonable. The park is also in a great location for access to Disney and Paris, and (when I asked) we were given a leaflet with the best ways to travel to each, which we did according to their instructions and were both very easy, ||I wouldn’t warn people against staying here, but I would say that there seems to be a lot of inconsistency with the lodges and the standard of accommodation you get seems to just be pot luck. I also agree with the comment below that I’m not sure the lodges are cleaned between guests- our place was not clean to a professional standard and seemed more like it had been left tidy by the previous residents and the staff had just new bedding put in them for us (you have to make the beds yourself). ||If you are staying here, you will have a good value holiday in a good location, just be very aware that you will not sleep well unless you bring your own beds, frankly. I would advise anyone to, at the least, bring their own pillows if you possibly can depending on how you’re...

We Stayed at the Parc De Paris for 7 Nights on the 22nd August, we booked directly through there website which was easy and simple to do. The Park was easy to find and close to a neighbouring town with lots of shops and supermarkets which was very convenient and only 15 minutes from Disneyland which was great. On Arrival we were welcomed and the staff were very friendly and helpful and showed us to our Accommodation, We paid for bed linen but unfortunately that was not there on arrival but after a quick walk up to Reception they very quickly sorted it out for us. The Accommodation itself was nice and clean, a few signs of wear and tear but we did pay extra for a nicer lodge to avoid any issues as we had read in other reviews. The Restaurant facilities are good, lots of choices, reasonably priced and very tasty and the staff were very accommodating, the park facilities were very good and the pools and water slides were lots of fun. There is a lot of sewage smell around the park, this is on and off and not always constant but it is off putting when you smell it. During our stay there were a couple issues we ran in to and I thought it would best to review on it so others can see beforehand and the park can see and hopefully improve on. The Swimming Pools, only tight swim shorts or speedos for males are allowed, we weren't aware of this beforehand and on the first 4 days at the Park there was no issues and we were all able to go in, Day 5 the rules suddenly changed and we were told no only tight shorts or speedos allowed, we went off and bought a pair and my son wore them under his shorts which the lifeguards were happy with, Day 6 the rules changed again and my son was no longer allowed to wear his swim shorts over the top of these other ones and the lifeguards stated the director had changed the rules. This was very frustrating as it appeared there were rules in place however they weren't being followed and they were just being made up depending on the day, after asking why only the tight swimwear was allowed we were told it was for hygiene, however we watched many people entering the pool with shoes on and many people smoking around the pool so who really knows. The Reception shop was very scarce and it would be great if there was more of a selection there, Supermarkets are around a 10 minute drive away which is fine but sometimes its great to just pop up and grab something from the shop if you forget something small. One of the evenings we were enjoying some dinner when we were interrupted by Staff flying around on Golf Carts drinking and clearly intoxicated blasting loud music from speakers, for a holiday park that caters to many young people we felt this was not safe in the slightest nor was it very professional. The Last night we ordered food from the Restaurant and whilst waiting for the food I witnessed random staff entering the kitchen, and with the door open I saw some after just smoking a cigarette going in and picking food off of peoples orders, one guy went in and just picked some cheese off a cooked pizza and ate it and then served it to the table. I witnessed this a few times on different peoples orders so we decided not to eat there in the end.

Overall it was a good stay however the small things that we had issues with were enough for us to decide that we do not want to return to Capfun Parc de Paris again however hopefully Capfun can work on these things and improve for...

Edit; the owner is making false allegations expressing they done everything they could to help us during the serious incident which is very incorrect, I have an injury sustained from the premises, we attempted to go to the restaurant for our “complimentary meal” in which we were denied upon arrival to restaurant. This place is very falsely advertised, we felt racially discriminated against, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! It is the WORST place we have ever been too! I do not have one nice positive thing to say about this place, it is nothing short of disgraceful, we checked in, first impressions of the place was that it is not maintained wry well, weeds growing everywhere, rust on the children’s playground facilities where it is boarder line a safety hazard, we sat down on our poarch where there was weeds, overgrown grass and huge tree branches in which my 4 year old brother with poor sight and a brain injury nearly fell on different occasions, I sat on the chair and it broke from underneath me causing an injury to my leg. Myself and my family went to the pool area as we were excited to cool down in the hot weather, upon arrival to that area, a member of staff named Lydian, began questioning us straight away, we got into the pool in which we were told to leave as apparently my brothers weren’t wearing “the correct” swimming shorts, even through the life gaurd himself and other pool users were wearing the EXACT same shorts. It was borderline harassment the amount of times he approached us even though we were simply minding our own business while trying to enjoy a family holiday. Then an English lady intervened when it simply did not involve her, she began verbally abusing us, the member of staff stood back and watched it happen. We let it slide, I got into the pool with my 4year old brother as even though he can swim he can have a turn at any given moment due to his Brain injury, the member of staff approached my family again! At this point we decided to leave the pool area in which the English lady said to the staff member “ they don’t exactly have the slim body type to be in the pool anyways” and began laughing in which Lydian the staff member replied “yes I agree” and began laughing. Bearing in mind my brother has severe body dysmorphia and it took a lot of courage for him to even put on swimwear in the first place. We were body shamed by STAFF MEMBERS!! We approached the manager with this incident in which he replied “there is nothing I can do about this” while grinning! It is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in, when we were checking out they done the VERY same thing to another family at the pool as they did to us, it seem to be an on going thing with them. Never ever will we return and if you want to save your hard earned money avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t leave a dog here out of respect for the animal. They are rude disgusting people that ruin the magical experience...
