Résidence d'Artagnan — Hotel in Montargis

Booked this hotel for a group of four families with children. We were looking for some self catering facilities at reasonable prices during a short stay in Montargis.||||Studio room was basic with a bed/sofa, table and chairs with a shower room, the larger apartments had another bedroom all had a small kitchen area with oven, fridge and sink.||||Clean and tidy with bath towels and tea towels changed daily.||||If you do visit we advise bringing your own travel kettle and mugs as none were provided in our room.||||Other tips - there was a market right outside in the place de Republique on Saturday which is worth visiting and when looking for the hotel it is part of Hotel de France and has absolutely no sign saying Residence d'Artagnan just...

We did not expect the self-catering apartment to be large, but we did expect it to be equipped! We had to ask for a second towel and for drinking mugs as there were no cups for tea etc.The curtains did not close properly. There were no instructions about anything and had we wanted to do much self-catering (apart from basic breakfast) it would have been a real hassle and probably impossible. Yes, the price was acceptable and the Reception staff were helpful - but we should not had to seek so much help from them. Nous nous sommes arrêté une nuit avec ma famille (2 adultes et 2 Ados) pour une courte halte d'étape à Montargis.||L'appartement était spacieux mais les prestations étaient très moyennes: SdB très petite, douche vieillotte, mobilier basic et miroir utilisable que par des personnes de plus d'1m80 ! On n'a pas utilisé la cuisine ni ses accessoires.||Couchage de la chambre était correct mais par contre le deuxième couchage sur canapé clic-clac n'était pas préparé avant notre arrivé. Ménage très douteux et radiateurs inefficaces pour chauffer l'ensemble de l'appartement surtout lorsqu'il fait -5 degrés à l'extérieur.||L'odeur de tabac froid et les traces de brulures de cigarettes sur les couvertures nous ont donné une très mauvaise première impression.||Les plus...
