Perfect place! Stayed the night in a basic family tent, it was fully equipped with a small kitchen, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery. A water cooker, coffee machine, big laundry drying rack and electricity plugs everywhere inside the tent. Indoor and outdoor lights. There was even a roll of toilet paper present.

One double bed and two bunk beds (6 persons total). I slept in the double bed which was pretty comfortable. The only thing I missed were pillow covers. And my mosquito repellant was needed since the tent has some openings and the light inside sure does invite mosquitos. Nothing new for seasoned campers.

The check-in service was very friendly and the facilities were above par for a regular French camping. Showers were comfortably (and quickly) warm, comfortable toilets and there are separate sinks to do laundry and the dishes by hand.

Great value for money! Will stay again if I return to this area...

a lovely campsite at the back of La Garette away from the crowds of Coulon , the staff who also run the snack bar opposite are very polite , friendly , and helpful , all the necessary amenities are there , and for those of you who have a kayak or canoe , there is a little embarkation right next to the site , but if you don't you can hire canoes and boats , and bicycles right there !||I travel alone and I felt very safe there .||the only downside is a complete lack of connectivity, no mobile phone signal and no wifi that works , even in the office , but for some I imagine that's a bonus .||A green and tranquil place , but don't all rush at once or you may spoil it's...

Everything was really good, even if there were issues with the tent we rented, the staff made sure to accommodate us right away in another one and quickly fix the issues. We stayed one nighta s a stop over, and we definitely will come back. The town is so charming and the small boat trip through the canal was perfect. The shared showers and toilets are really clean and work perfectly.
