If you need to stop along the A10 down south and wondering where to go, choose this B&B in Pamproux instead of staying at a boring business hotel in Poitiers. We found Pamproux to be such a quinte little French town with a local bar, square and flowers. To our luck on Wednesdays there was a food truck with the most delicious food from Ile de la Reunion. I just stopped here for a night, and was expecting a nice -French ones are usually so- bed and breakfast. I must say that I was positively surprised. The owners, David and Karin pay wonderful attention and care to their guests. I had a delicious dinner and a great breakfast, as well as a very lively and nice conversation held in three languages (they are both fluent in English). 😊: Unfortunately I was taken ill during the night and a doctor was called and then I was transferred to a hospital. The owners were wonderful and helped in every way possible even offering to accompany my wife to the airport to collect my daughter and sister.. 😢: The location was a little out of the way but this is a minor detail as it might well be perfect for others.
