Hôtel la Vivande — Hotel in Nyons

My husband and I have stayed here twice before with our dog Waldo and would definitely go again at the drop of a hat. We were travelling down to the South of France and its a great stop over for us after a long journey- although I'm sure many guests could easily spend a wonderful week there discovering the beautiful area and swimming in the pool. My dog enjoyed running free with the owners dogs and barking at the donkey kept in the field. The hostess is charming and welcoming and speaks good English. The evening meals we had were very tasty and we especially loved the creme brûlée which had a delicious sweet crunchy top which had been sprinkled with Nougat. Stayed overnight here with my husband and dog on the way down to the south Of France. The lady who owns the place made us very welcome and our dog was able to run around with her three dogs without us been worried about him disappearing.||The room was basic but of a decent size with a comfy bed. The hotel is in a very quiet area so we slept well.||We ate a fish dish in the restaurant in the evening which was really very tasty and sat in the sun the following day having a buffet breakfast. We are going again...

GROSSE ARNAQUE

Voilà maintenant plusieurs jours que j'essaie de joindre l'hôtel la Vivande par téléphone et que je n'y parviens pas.

J'ai effectué une réservation sur leur site internet en date du 10/08 dernier pour une nuit le 10/08 au soir. Sur leur site, pour confirmer la réservation j'ai dû rentrer le numéro de ma CB... C'était prétendument une "empreinte bancaire", le règlement effectif devait se faire à l'accueil de l'hôtel comme indiqué sur leur site.

Je suis arrivée le soir même à l'hôtel et tout était fermé. Pas de lumière à l'intérieur, pas de véhicules garés devant l'hôtel, rien... Ni personne.

Je suis donc repartie bredouille et j'ai finalement dû trouver une autre solution pour dormir à Marsanne. Les autres commerçants me disent que cet établissement est un "mystère"... Qu'il est rarement ouvert... C'est assez surprenant.

Ce qui me dérange le plus c'est que je viens de constater que j'ai bien été prélevée de la somme de 109 euros sur mon compte bancaire alors que je n'y ai pas séjourné. J'essaie maintenant désespérément de me faire rembourser et je n'y parviens pas. Personne ne répond au téléphone.
