Le Lit Qui Danse — Hotel in Nyons

I have stayed in a large number of B&B's the last couple of years. Mostly in France. I thought i had seen the best of them in this price range but Jo and An took the crown. They are the most friendly of B&B owners i have met, An gives You a comfy feeling and is very openhearted. They truly make you feel at home. Rooms are as clean as can be, the pool is clean, the fridge is filled with good belgian beer, and Jo knows his bike-routes. One thing i have to recommend: if An asks You to eat dinner with them on friday night...do it. It's restaurant level cooking at a pretty Low price. When it comes to utility's you will find everything You need in the garden. A pool, a shower, foozeball, petanque, darts,...and an awesome view. Anyway there really isn't a lot of negatives i can write here...except that my stay was too short. I will Be going back some day. No...

The guest house is run by a magnificent french couple who look after you all the time. Breakfast is outstanding. High quality local produce (charcuterie) and different kinds of french breads of local boulangeries... In fact, Guillaume is visiting each morning 2 different bakeries to get the best of both worlds. Guillaume is very funny... nice humor.. The prices of the drinks are very democratic (Duvel is even cheaper than in Belgian pubs😋)

The view from the guest house on the mountains is magnificent. Nice location...

Definitely a place to visit when you are in the neighbourhood of the Mont Ventoux or Nyons.

Tip: do try to join the table d'hôtes. Isabelle and Guillaume did create a gault millau...

My wife and I enjoyed 6 wonderful nights in the gite. High quality amenities and bedding, an excellent shower and strong WiFi, and of course, the pool! Guillaume and Isabelle are kind and generous hosts who made us feel welcome straight away. Many suggestions of places to visit in the local region. It was sad to leave but we hope to return one day.
