I can't see how this lovely site can be anything less than 5* for anyone visiting the area we can't recommend this place anymore, for a quiet, relaxing, amazing views and walks, as well as the friendly Fabrice welcome and reception, food curtesy of Roman an amazing chef, the bar and of course the on site shop. Super clean and modern toilet facilities - all you could want if you're a couple looking for a quiet get-away. Booked for two nights, ended up staying for three, and if it wasn't for the timetable we would have loved to stay longer. Would love to own a dream...

We had a fantastic stay at Camping Ixtila! The campsite is so peaceful! All you hear at night are the sounds of nature. Our pitch was perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the mountains. The campsite managers were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities are excellent—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very unique place. Lovely staff. We stayed in a bungalow for a couple of days. The camping office sells simple food which can be handy when travelling light. There is also a pizza van on site which does super tasty pizzas and breakfast. The famous hiking trail GR 10 passes nearby and the pedestrian bridge “passerelle d’Holzarte” is worth a walk to.
