I stayed at this hotel recently and it was amazing In short summary, this hotel is good for the family in an amazing rural location still close to Paris. But I would only recommend booking if you are travelling by car. Airport nearby so planes can be heard low overhead. In more detail: We were doing a driving trip to france and needed a hotel. Did not like the look of hotels inside Paris centre (Small, grubby, lack of parking, poor view unless you want to pay a hefty price) which is when I came across this hotel and it was perfect. Not so expensive and near to Paris but so nice it's like it isn't! Upon arriving, there was plenty of parking. There was a worker filling in the few pot holes so it is clear the car park is well maintained! (Better than british roads!). It seemed quite quiet, I expect as we were there mid week and during school term. Its a beautiful location and the hotels appearance fits in perfectly with the surroundings. Outdoor facilities like a park, volleyball court and tennis courts. Greeted by lovely staff, check in was easy. They took pre authorisation of about 100 euros on a card for anything in the room so be prepared for this. I was then made aware of more facilities I didn't realise the hotel had! Pool and spa! Unfortunately didnt get to make the most out of everything as we were only staying 1 night (and weren't prepared for the spa). Can't forgot the free pool table in the lobby. I would definitely say this hotel is better for longer visits. My room appeared to be upgraded for free, it had a balcony with a lovely garden view. The room was large. The bed was huge and very comfortable, we both slept like a log. The bathroom was huge and the toilet was in a seperate room therefore does not eliminate use of the toilet if somebody is in the shower which is very well thought out. The TV was a decent size and new but did not have internet connection which is a shame as it would have been nice to use the Smart TV functions, we were not very entertained by the French TV programmes. We did not eat at the restaurant as we went out for dinner in Paris but we did have a peak and it appeared to be very stylish, only that the menu seemed to have fairly limited options for the picky eaters. And for the prices the hotel charged it worked out at a similar cost to eat in the city centre while exporing Paris. If you have travelled by car, it is around 30-40 minutes by car into Central Paris (depending on time of day) or 15 mins to the nearest train station which has 24hr Parking and a metro line that goes directly into paris stopping by most of the attractions. (goes direct to Arc de Triomphe). The Hotel main gate is open 24hr so you don't need to worry about when you come back. I would not recommend this hotel if you are travelling by public transport, you would need frequent taxis to get anywhere and at a longer distance which would get costly. Would only suggest this hotel if you are travelling by means of your own car. The only "bad" bit was that the airport nearby had relatively low flying planes overhead but I don't recall hearing them when going to sleep and didn't prevent or disturb sleep either. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back for a longer stay, I will also be happy to bring my son next time as I know there is stuff for him to do!

Great location with large grounds and a large wood close by for walking in. Covid19 has forced hotel to shut restaurant and bar. Breakfast and evening meal are ordered at reception from a reduced menu and brought to your room. All food is a cold selection but you get plenty of it and it is really good. Spa facilities are also currently closed. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak English too. With the location this is probably one of the better hotels to stay at in the area. Will be well worth staying at, especially when things get back to normal. Spring and Summer is expect to be really nice here.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Hate to leave bad reviews so I'll start with the positives: the room was a good size (we had a balcony room), and the breakfast was great - lots of choice and good quality food.

Unfortunately though, when we arrived at the hotel (late around 11pm), we discovered there were no sheets (or mattresses) in the kids' cots.

I went down to ask the night receptionist for sheets but he could not find any. He offered us 2 pillow cases instead.

Our kids slept in their clothes on the sofa, covered with pillow cases and towels.

I complained in the morning when checking out and the receptionist simply said "ok". Nothing else. Not...
