We had the worst experience at this hotel although we have been before to the other location in Paris but we never thought we’d be treated this way. My sister tripped on the hotel stairs and fell down breaking her leg in 2 places. She was left on the floor with no help for more than 15 min while she was in severe pain. When we asked them for ice cubes to reduce the inflammation on the spot, they simply said “we don’t have any ice in our restaurant”. By the time the ambulance came my sister’s case became worse and the drs at the emergency couldn’t even believe a hotel had no ice. All they did was ask us if we have insurance to avoid using theirs… We were even not informed that they can cover the costs as the accident happened in their vicinity. We booked tickets to go back home in 24 hours. When we requested to check out earlier than our stay and asked if we can at least get reimbursed the last night, the answer was “No, as the check out is at 10:00 am and we asked for this at 11:00 am or so…”. Honestly, the money did not matter at that stage but that poor excuse was beyond disappointing. We have been neglected as guests, badly served with the basics when fractures happen, water/ice cubes is the least. Let alone the cold unwelcoming manager who accused me of threatening the hotel so I get a discount… how hurtful. Anyway i thanked her and I politely told her I will certainly leave a review as I do feel I had the worse service as a client and felt absolutely no support from the staff and lame arguments. I do not mean to threaten anyone here but I need to express the facts so at least I feel our voice was heard… I wish no one such accidents and we never blamed the hotel for it. We just expected some support and the...
Read moreMy stay at the Kellerman Hotel in Paris from August 24th to 27th in room 421 was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my brutally honest experience.
Not to be rude, but the majority of the staff I encountered were downright rude. Their lack of hospitality and warmth was astonishing and left a sour taste in my mouth from the very beginning.
Now, let's talk about breakfast - a meal that should be enjoyable. Instead, it was a culinary disappointment. The croissants were extremely chewy and cold, while the eggs were nothing short of tasteless. I couldn't help but wonder if they were serving leftovers from days prior. But wait, it gets worse. One of my friends got robbed during our stay, and the hotel's response was nothing short of a disgrace. Their unwillingness to cooperate in finding the burglar was both shocking and upsetting.
As if that weren't bad enough, the room situation is a true gamble. Some rooms lack private toilets, leaving you at the mercy of fate. Even if you do have a shower, don't expect a pleasant experience. The drainage system is so horrible that our room flooded after a single person took a shower.
Cleanliness is also a major issue. The entire place felt dirty and neglected, far from what one would expect from a reputable hotel. If you're looking for the REAL PARISIAN EXPERIENCE, this might be the place for you. You'll leave robbed, humiliated, dirty, and hungry.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Kellerman Hotel to anyone. My stay was marked by unpleasant staff, bad food, security issues, room inconveniences, and a general sense of uncleanliness. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere for accommodations in...
Read moreSpent 9 nights( 4 in April /5 in May 2019) in CISP kellermann Cafetería staff was super kind, helpful and professional specially Paola, Kader & Isa. 2 ladies from the reception Lesly & Marie Amelie were rather efficient & helpful too contrary to their unpleasant colleague Raquel. Bored at her desk she made faces & inappropriate comments such as "don't you have internet to just check yourself ?!" (when politely asked to double-check a doctor's direction only 2 blocks away) or "bill as to be paid right now not in 10 years! ". This "trainee?" had an objection for just every single request be it over the phone with other guest" no I can't! call later I have work in front of me" (referring to guests). Contrary to written note on reception desk & to other staff members she wouldn't bother to accept payment in the exact amount of cash for 1 additional night "you must pay in credit card we have no change! ". She jumps to reply without even listening to the guests exact request and isn't willing to properly do the do her job. Hotel Management should rethink hiring selection or training. Rooms were basic but comfy & clean Cleaning staff is noisy slamming doors on a daily basis 10 to 1pm Breakfast/lunch/ dinner were quite good, complete & well worth the money spent Note: price for the quoted room (twin) increased from 42€ to 60€ between...
