L'Âne Brasseur — Hotel in Pontivy

The auberge is still in its infancy, but the owners are working very hard to make it a delightful place to stay, our bedroom was gigantic and very comfortable. The dining room reminds me of a 'refuge' in the mountains, convivial with large wooden tables and lots of games and books for the guests.. Beware cyclists; the auberge is at the top of a very long hill which is hard work after a day's pedalling, we needed our beer when we got there.||Because of their commitment to their young family, the owners could not serve us before 8.15, a little bit late for us but worth waiting for; the food was highly imaginative, wholesome and locally sourced. I would love to go return and see the palce in a few years,...

We have been for 2 Weeks in this lovely Location and we felt really good. The owners have renovetet this place sustainabel, with heart and with taste. These House is locatet in the middel of the Bretagne and one easly can reach all famous places from here. The meals where excellent, organic and made with local products. Nous avons passé une nuit avec nos deux petits gars dans ce gite étape ! Une belle surprise à la campagne ! ||||Raphael et Solenn sont deux hotes très accueillants et tentent d'être le plus présents possible ! ||||Un rapport qualité prix très intéressant : 108€ pour nous 4 = 1 nuit pour 3 (le petit dernier n'étant pas compris dans le prix) + 4 petits déjeuners + 4 repas du soir + les bières de Raphael !||||Le repas du soir était délicieux ! Du temps et de l'âme dans le plat ! Ca fait plaisir ! Un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom avec pain, gâteaux et crêpes maison sans oublier les bonnes confitures etc.||Nous nous sommes régalés !||||Parce qu'une bonne critique a besoin de sa note négative pour une réelle crédibilité, je dirais que la prochaine fois nous demanderons une chambre à l'étage car il faut l'avouer... le plancher bois... ca fait du bruit et parfois les autres résidents ne sont pas très attentifs à cela....ce sera la seule nuisance rencontrée lors de ce très bon séjour !||||@ bientot nous l'esperons et surtout...
