We stayed here to be near the Rhine and out of the hussle and bussle of the Alsace tourist route. Bedroom was very comfortable, bathroom small but clean. The breakfasts were better than the average continental breakfast served in France. The village itself does not have much to offer but is a good location to visit the local villages. You need a car if you want to stay here. The only draw back is the dining room cannot hold all guests at once so we had to wait until a big group had finished their breakfast. Apart from that...

Отличное место для ночевки на непродолжительное время. Маленькая семейная гостиница с очень гостеприимной хозяйкой. Нас встретили бокалом чудесного эльзаского вина. Очаровательная Даниэль мгновенно решает все вопросы и просьбы гостей. Номера не большие, но уютные и чистые. Завтрак традиционный для Франции. Нам вполне хватало. В номере есть все необходимое для чая. Если есть желание что-нибудь приготовить - разрешается пользоваться кухней. Интернет отличный. Местность вокруг живописная. Страсбург близко. Недалеко есть несколько неплохих ресторанов. Рекомендую, уютный семейный отель по адекватной цене. Great place to stay for a short time. Small family hotel with a very hospitable hostess. We were greeted with a wonderful glass of Alsace wine. Charming Daniel instantly solves all questions and requests. The rooms are not big but cozy and clean. Breakfast traditional for France. We were enough. The room has everything necessary for tea. If you have the desire to cook something - it is allowed to use the kitchen. The Internet is great. The area around scenic. Von 2-Sterne-Hotels in Frankreich nicht gerade verwöhnt, war ich von der Unterkunft "charmance" sehr angetan. Ich hatte mich als Radfahrer Tage vorher online angemeldet, wurde erwartet, mit einen großen Bier als Begrüßungstrunk für den durstigen Radler empfangen.||Das große Zimmer mit TV, W-LAN (einige Netzprobleme), zahlreichen Steckdosen, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee war sehr sauber. Und im Gegensatz zu den sonstigen Unterkünften auf meiner Tour: Das Wasser kam aus der Brause und nicht aus dem Duschschlauch.||||Das Dorf Gerstheim bietet nichts.
