Manoir Saint Martin — Hotel in Saint-Lô

After a disaster with our vehicle our arrival at such a lovely place took all the stress out of the day. ||We had the Lime room and loved the it and the views. The bath towels were the most soft & luxurious of any place i have stayed, just like I have at home. This place was more than a manor - just perfect. An excellent place to stay if travelling to Normandy to travel easily to all the sights like Le-Mont-Saint Michel, Bayeux tapestry or Villeduie-des-Poêles (bell making and copper saucepans). This is probably the most exquisitely styled B&B in France. It is beautifully presented & not at all expensive, with very good - if very french - breakfast. Our room was very clean & comfortable & our host was very welcoming - allowing us to put our bikes in the garage and directing us to the restaurant 50 meters away which made or stay marvellous. If you need to chillax this is a good place to go. But it would not be good for children - it simply isn't that...
