Le Relais du Pech — Hotel in Sarlat-la-Canéda

We stayed at Le Relais du Pech for a week at the end of July 2019. The hosts were the loveliest and the most helpful. They made us feel welcome straight away. They gave us a lot of information and recommended a few places (to visit and to eat). So a big thank you to Ken and Linda!|We spent a week there. There is a swimming pool, which is great, very clean and safe. Sun beds available and the area around the pool was clean. There were a few pool floats which my son loved! This was a great way for us to relax at the end of a busy day!|The room and bathroom were clean, and got cleaned every day. The room had a smart TV, with Netflix available which was a plus!|A kitchen is available to guests, which contains all the essentials and more – from fridge, oven and microwave to kettle, pots and cutleries – and that allowed us to have dinner there. This is not usually available in guest house so I was really impressed with this and this was an excellent choice for us. There were also some board games.|The breakfast was served by the landlady, with a great choice of pastries, cereals and hot drinks, fresh fruits and dairy. Always lots to eat and good quality!|The location is good and central, with lots of attractions within 30-40 min.|We would definitely go back to this region of France, as there are still so many things we haven’t seen, and the destination for our stay would definitely be Le...

My wife and I visited Le Relais du Pech from 1st to 3rd July 2017. The property is situated very close to the Dordogne river and the towns of Sarlat and Souillac. There is so much to see and do in the area. Our interests are cycling, walking & sightseeing. There is plenty of each to do here.||||Our hosts Linda and Ken made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. Parking is excellent. The rooms at Le Relais each have a fantastic outlook over the countryside and are really well furnished. Our room was spotless, which was great. The swimming pool is a great extra and the water is lovely and warm Linda and Ken have a wealth of information about places to go to and visit in the area. The property really is well situated and there is an excellent kitchen for visitors to use. The breakfasts are also really good and can be taken indoors or outdoors. This was one of the best and most enjoyable holidays we have had. Ken and Linda were brilliant such lovely welcoming friendly people with a vast knowledge of the local area. The accommodation was perfect and to a very high standard, with fabulous spotless and modern kitchen facilities. The breakfasts were great with fresh croissant and pastries, cereal, fruit juice, no going hungry here. Also such a lot to do in the area. We also enjoyed part days staying put by the pool relaxing.
