So i stayed in the resort for a week: Here are the useful things you need to know. The resort can be for both families and couples, its both romantic and fun. It has many activities: Bike riding (25 Gel for an hour a person) , you dont need more time than that actually, to travel the resort by bike is max 20 minutes, but i would suggest you take small detour out of the resort through the gate close to Aqua park, it was open and we were out and even saw the houses besides the resort , actually it gives you a feeling of the locals life ... Horse riding, and quadbikes ... We didnt do If you have kids you can feed the horses almost any time, we found an apple tree besides the stable and we collected the fallen apples on the ground and let our kid feed the horses, she loved it !! The Small boat in the lake if free, and fun, i would go evening hours and early morning as the sun isnt burning you ... You can visit the shatoo building its interesting There are plenty of swimming pools , even though we were in august and its the season, and many visitors were in the resort , we didnt feel it was busy, its just a very vast resort. The Spaa is very good we loved it and for sure they know how to give you a nice massage , we wanted to buy some oils from the place but the prices were just crazy, i wonder why would they choose to do that. Im sure the product doest justify it, as i buy high quality massage oils ouside and the price doesnt compare even. Every night from 21:00 they cast a kids movie outdoors , indeed a very nice thing to have with a kid, it was fun and popular as we saw. Still they sell you the popcorn, which in my eyes a bit cheap, for 3$ a peice, i believe it would be a nice gesture of them to offer it for free especially when the main audience are small kids. We had a two day full board reservation and the rest with breakfast only. Let me clear out what you get for the full board as it was a missing information for me when i did the reservation: You get three meals in the dining room. Other than that you have to order, not a juice by the pool, or an ice cream or anything besides the 3 meals. I attached some photos, the thing is that the buffet is somewhat diverse but it repeats itself alot, you feel you are having the same food every time you get there . The salads and vegetables are almost the same for the 3 meals, and for afternoon and dinner they almost share the same main dishes . So we were happy we didnt take more than two days. You have 3 restaurants in the resort, i have reviewed them separately , so you can read. To be brief the food outside the dining hall is better. But also pricier. We had alot of fun, the resort is very calm and the nature is just amazing, both at day and night. I think summer is the perfect time to visit. I have read complaints about the service, to be honest it was okay with us nothing to mention, the reception guys were lovely, Pupan received us nicely. The room service was also nice. Still you may feel some of the workers are impatient but i don't think it's an issue... Maybe they are working on making the service better. To get to the resort takes about 2-3 hours depending on the road. And this is the only disadvantage of the place. It isn't a normal road, very bumpy and long, so be prepared. I definitely recommend the resort, during summer, for 4-5 days ideal, not full board, with or...
Read moreA very disappointing experience. Lack of service consciousness. Definitely not recommended.
General summary: The place is indeed beautiful, but in my opinion, service is lacking and the concept is a money pump. A significant part of the hotel's facilities is for an additional fee (bicycles, tennis). The food is outrageously priced, and there is no feeling of complete freedom in the all-inclusive style, but a feeling of being enslaved...
Details: We arrived as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children and discovered to our astonishment, that not only were we not placed in adjacent rooms but in two different buildings, about a 5 minute walk from each other. Something that added a lot of complexity and administration.
The matter was taken care of a day later. As compensation we received a voucher for dinner in the dinning hall, but even there we were heartbroken when we had to wait awkwardly for several minutes at the entrance, because the staff at the entrance did not recognize the voucher...
As for the hotel itself: The lake itself is beautiful and the pools are amazing, I especially liked the long pool which I estimate is almost 50 meters long. Perfect for swimming. The resort extends over a huge area, which gives a sense of the lack of congestion in the various facilities. The water park is definitely kid-friendly but who the hell takes a break between two and four? Do you really expect the children to "turn off" themselves and go to sleep at noon? Are we in the 1980s or 2024?
Rooms: The rooms are functional and vary between different levels of finishing and maintenance. One of the rooms we got (at the standard level) was outdated and looked like a hostel room. The insulation in the rooms is poor, and in one of the rooms that was next to the stairs, you can hear every noise, especially going up and down the building's wooden stairs. Children go up and down the stairs, waking you up at 07:30, you can forget about a natural wake-up call. The balconies are lovely except for the wasps' nests that are in some of them! See attached video.
Food: The breakfast is relatively varied and good. The dinner in the dining hall is paid, 70 gel for an adult and 35 gel for a child. Poor selection of food, in my estimation, there were only 2-3 types of protein. Some of the dishes run out quite quickly (Khachapuri) and the rate of refilling does not match the demand. I had to go about three times until I was able to get a portion. If you decided to dine in one of the hotel's restaurants, you will be forced to part with large sums of money since the pricing there is double the average and without justification. In the Asian restaurant for example, the price for a bowl of sushi is 58 gel. The other dishes are also overpriced and tap water is not served. You will be forced to purchase mineral water bottles. In short, a man goes to have dinner and feels that he is being smoked.
In conclusion: A beautiful place but the value for money ratio is not high enough and a feeling of disappointment. I do not...

🌟 Great Mall Experience! 🌟
I had a wonderful time at this mall! The prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed by the excellent quality of the products. The place is well-organized — everything is arranged by number, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Plus, the air conditioning made shopping comfortable, even during the hottest part of the day. Highly recommended for a great shopping experience!
Let me know if you’d like it in a different tone (more casual, more formal, etc.) or if you want to include the mall's name.
