We stayed there just for a night on our way south. The staff were friendly. The included free parking was a bit of a surprise as there are 6 parking lots on total (and two very small ones you cannot use). We ended up parking the car at the market square which is only 80m away. Another free car park is around the corner (150m away).||The room was ok although the beds were ways too soft. Anyway, the bathroom was big and pretty new. The rest of the room/house looks a bit outdated, nevertheless clean.||Wifi is free and should work (only my phone had some problems with it but my husband made it work. ||Breakfast was really nice and plenty of choices.||Be aware: there is no lift and you need to carry the suitcases upstairs.||||Good: location, staff, breakfast, bathroom, parking, wifi||||To improve: a garbage bin would be quite handy (the mini bin in the bathroom was filled in less than 2 min), better beds, sound proof walls (you can hear almost everything).||||Weird: there are some windows on the street side of the hotel. Inside it looks like a shop for trains to play with. At the windows you can find some posters being against Corona vaccinations and against the measurements during Corona. On the other hand the hotel says they follow the Corona rules. How does that go together?! Hope the people who run the hotel aren't responsible for sth like that as one does not feel safe then.||||Allersberg: pretty small but lovely buildings. Some restaurants, an ice-cream shop, a pharmacy and two or three supermarkets - that's basically it.||||BUT: if you need a dentist we can highly recommend Dr Karl. Thanks for helping my husband with his inflamed tooth! Now it is ways better and he can enjoy...
Read moreThe host was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early but could check in straight away. We had a good size, very clean room with a large desk, chair, arm chair and TV. The bathroom was functional and we enjoyed a good night's sleep in a quiet environment even though we had quite a firm mattress. The main building and the guest house are connected by a glass bridge. From there you look across to the old hospice building from 1339 AD which is home to a nice Greek restaurant, the Plaka. ||The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of a small town, full of picturesque historic buildings and only a short distance from the motorway Munich to Nuremberg. It would also be a perfect hotel for a longer stay because it's surrounded by many interesting tourist destinations.||At breakfast we were impressed again with the friendly and helpful hostess who made sure we had a great experience. The choice was nice and the eggs were boiled perfectly.||We definitely would...

Also the position is great; close by there is a lake where on a hot day you can enjoy a beer while the kids play with the water and there are many nice little towns around to have a bite to eat in...
