Had an overall pleasant stay during last weekend at this resort.|The hotel has an appropriate parking lot at no additional cost with direct access to reception and rooms. |Is also handicapped friendly with appropriate access platforms and elevators. The cleanliness is great in the entire facility. Rooms are well tailored, large and quiet. |The personal and services are almost great however after heaving an unpleasant experience I had to downgrade the quality of customer service. Didn't want to impact on all employees since would have had been unfair... Therfore by departments as follows:|Reception, professional, friendly and hospitable. |Massage, excellent and with reasonable prices. Didn't have such a great service in a very long time. Excellent +|Room cleaning team, excellent, clean and competent service. |Restaurant waiters, excellent, offering a friendly and professional service. |Cook at the plate, unprofessional and definitely with a need on brush up on her customer service approach. The lady in this position managed to display attitude and with her entire provocative stance managed to ruin a breakfast that just started under great auspices. Without trying to insinuate anything believe the tipping pot located in front of the plate should be removed. The lady was preferential in service and as I mentioned, totally inapropiate and abrasive. Trying to whash-out situation subsequently doesn't help too much. Therefore consciously subtracted points for this incident. (If details needed, ready to provide) Bottom line I'm there to relax and not to be challenged by personal. My time, my money, no excuse.|Menu, excellent, delicious, we'll presented and very tasty... Only positive comments for the chefs...|Facility offers plenty of places for retreat, with visible efforts to include new developments in daily wellness programs. Kind of compact however with the great advantage of heaving everything available on a reasonable space. |Saw a few couples with children however to be honest with you sometimes children are children and therefore are becoming disturbing. As I mentioned before there is an elevator, rooms are spacious and clean with direct access to wellness areas and restaurant. |The daily menu consist in breakfast (excellent), coffee time (same) and dinner (very exclusive bufet). There is also a possibility for a five course A la Carte Menu, excellent as well. Menu is very diverse and we'll prepared, offering a welcome enhancement to the daily relaxation program. |After check-out there is the possibility to use the wellness part of facility for about €10 per person. Changing room and showers available as well as lockable storage place.|Was very pleased with my room 113. |Overall a great experience and...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of residing at Zum Kramerwirt for 10 unforgettable nights. This gem of a hotel truly excelled in every aspect of my stay.
The gastronomic experience was outstanding, catering seamlessly to diverse dietary needs: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, and omnivore options were all expertly presented. Each meal, from hearty breakfasts to delightful afternoon snacks and exquisite dinners, was a testament to the kitchen's versatility and flair. Particular highlights included the impressive salad selection and decadent afternoon cakes, paired with a refreshing array of juices.
Every interaction, whether with the warm reception team, attentive dining staff, meticulous housekeeping, skilled masseur, or during the invigorating sauna infusions, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to please.
The wellness area is meticulously designed, offering a serene retreat that caters to all relaxation and rejuvenation needs. The variety of secluded spots for quiet contemplation or leisure is thoughtfully curated, ensuring a perfect blend of solitude and luxury. My modern double room was generously sized, meeting all my comfort expectations with its contemporary aesthetics and amenities.
Overall Zum Kramerwirt is a true standout, masterfully balancing gourmet dining, impeccable service, and serene wellness experiences. Whether seeking relaxation, culinary exploration, or simply a home away from home, this hotel is an exemplary choice that is sure to impress even the most...
Read moreI returned to visit this Hotel after a few years since my last visit. I was part of a party of four men working locally. I found that the Hotel has been enlarged and improved but still retains its Bavarian charm. It is a wonderful and welcoming hotel with lots of facilities for those who want to use the pools and wellness facilities. It has a very relaxed atmosphere but is extremely well run. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is absolutely spotless in every area. In fact it is one of the cleanest and best maintained hotels I have ever seen in Europe, within its class. Service was faultless. It provides lots of little extras to please all. The local beers are very nice and the food is traditional Bavarian. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the salad bar. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had a balcony and the feel of a ski chalet. It is well worth a short visit especially for couples or those with kids. In my view it is most suited to adults, although on my previous visit my own children were young and loved it. My only minor criticism is the lack of an English language food menu to help foreign visitors to choose a dinner. That aside the staff were more than willing to help the client, if you ask them. There is a new nice bar to watch sport and meet locals and touring German nationals. I certainly look forward to...
