We picked this hotel by chance, the one our friend's recommended being fully booked - it was a great choice! parking on-site was a plus as we found out later (Monschau is not an easy place with a car). In our reservation it was clearly specified that "WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge". ||Upon our arrival we asked for the password of the Wi-Fi, but the lady at the reception just felt sufficient to say that she doesn't know it, and we have to wait until next day, knowing we have one night reservation. ||No information was available in the room, but we noticed some kind of information desk on the hallway from where we could retrieve the details of the Wi-Fi. ||Wi-fi was not available in the room at all, so we went to the lobby, but there another surprise: at 11:00 pm we were told bluntly that "you have to go to your room, because that area will be closed. OK?"||With this kind of attitude we will never return...
