Gästehaus Dürnberg — Hotel in Pastetten (VGem)

This was a lovely find.||It's in the middle of fields, very rural, but still accessible. Sat-nav took me right to the door.||I was working at the golf tournament at Nord-Eichenried. Munich city would be a little awkward, so I needed something close, and didn't want the range of airport hotels that are nearby.||It's lovely to return after a long day's work to a neat, clean and spacious apartment.||I was surprised to find a train-line near the apartment. The weather was an amazing 34C for the first night of my stay and I needed all the windows open. You can't even see the trains, but they are noisy as they speed through a cutting. And the Gaestehaus is in such a quiet location, you can hear the sound of tractors from half a mile away!||Still, as the weather cooled, and the windows were shut at night, the sound of the trains diminished accordingly.||The apartment - I was in number 3 - is so well proportioned and kitted out. It's a great Neff cooker with a separate microwave and a great range of crockery and such like.||Didn't cook, but it was good to have a spacious fridge to store things in.||The owners keep themselves to themselves, but are friendly and charming.||It was a working week, but it'd be nice to use as a base to tour the area. You would need your own car to get to the apartment, and then it's easy to drive and find places from...

We go to the exhibition in Munich, the hotel is at the end of highway 94 and near the city of Munich and Erding.||Time of arrival to Munich in the rented vehicle was about 20-25 minutes and to Erding 10 minutes.||Guest house is located in a village near a horse farm and barn, but no smell bothers.||in Guest house we got an apartment with two rooms and toilets, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, micro.||The place has a washing machine, dryer and sauna [but not used them]||The||Landlady and her daughter is very nice and willing to help any way we can.||It is important to know that the guest house is different from a hotel room, no cleaning and change of towels every day. Overall nice apartment for a family to stay. The host is very friendly and kind and check in process was smooth. The location is quite calm , quiet and peaceful for a holiday stay. The only small issue we had was that the shower cabinet had a water blockage and was slightly inconvenient but other than that it...
