This hotel is really a Bed & Breakfast which is sign posted at the front door. When you arrive the place will probably be closed but look for the telephone number just behind the glass door. After I phoned this number the kind Owner arrived within 2 minutes so he must be living nearby. After formalities I was offered a free beer after which the Owner left again. You get the key from the front door with your room key so can enter and leave whenever you like. ||||The room was spacious and very clean and had free coffee/tea facilities and free good working WiFi internet. The TV was a bit small but had a good selection of channels although I could not find any from Holland. Strange, being so close to the border. ||The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. Service attitude was great. Really loved it. Breakfast ticked most of the boxes. Nothing to complain there.
But what we really appreciated in the room itself (compared to hotel rooms in the same German price class) was the attention for details in the room itself. A lot of power plugs, enough space in the bathroom to put stuff down and decent clothing hooks. Not obvious that that is the case in this way in other comparable...

Im Hotel angekommen wurde ich außerordentlich freundlich begrüßt! Den Checkin hatte ich zuvor schon online getätigt, so dass mir nach einem sehr angenehmen Smalltalk noch die kleine Getränkebar, mit sehr moderaten Preisen, des Hotels erklärt und der Frühstücksraum gezeigt wurde, wonach ich dann mein Einzelzimmer beziehen konnte!
Ein sehr schönes Zimmer! Nett und modern eingerichtet mit einem ansprechenden Badezimmer, Flatscreen, Tresor, Heisswasserkocher inkl. diversen Heißgetränken! Das Bett muss ich besonders hervorheben, denn so etwas bequemes habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ja und extrem sauber war nicht nur das Zimmer, sondern das gesamte Hotel was blitzeblank!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und ausreichend bestückt! Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden! Neben dem Kaffeevollautomaten gab es auch frisch gebrühten Bohnenkaffee, Tee, Saft und Wasser.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern, aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet!
Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bei meiner nächsten Dienstreise gerne...
