Hotel Kirchner — Hotel in Tharandt

First review in English? Nice. Great hotel up the hill from the center of Tharandt. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Did not watch the tv, because all shows were in German, which I do not speak. Staff, or just the one man we talked with and checked in with was very friendly. Communication was a little difficult, since we didn't speak German. But we managed to do alright. On the morning we checked out, he got us back on track as far getting on the bus to get back into town. We did not have a car. Also, the rooms had free wi-fi, which worked excellent. ||The restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which is part of the hotel was closed on the day we arrived for dinner. But it was open in the morning for breakfast. And a really nice spread, or layout for breakfast. Mainly meats, cheeses, brot (bread), cereal, jam, butter, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and orange juice. For dinner there are 2 other restaurants up the street within walking distance. The one we ate at was excellent. ||I plan on someday returning to Tharandt, and I would stay at this...

We stayed here for Easter holidays, and we are completely satisfied with the room we were given ,with the service we received ❤️ 💙

For breakfast, there were warm, freshly baked buns, and the owner made sure to bring some wheat buns for me as I was enquiring for it on 1st day. Thanks to him 🙏🙌🏻

Although some renovation work is going on with the gym now ,the owner still offered me a pair of dumbbells so I could do workouts on my own in my room.

For our bastei hike ,I asked the owner for a backpack, and they took the effort to look for one and lend us one.

We could feel how nice ,humble,and good the onwers (Mr and Mrs) are.Wishing them all success 🙌🏻 .My prayers that your hotel is booked full...

Clean rooms, friendly service . Located in the middle of nowhere , 20km far away from city center of Dresden.|Room is good maintained, tv was great , no English Channel. Wifi wasn't complementary and no water to drink in your room.|It was silent but the doors are rattling noticeably in your room when people are walking on the corridor. |Free parking, reception is not available after 10pm. |Next to the hotel, a restaurant is available to get breakfast buffet. Dinner from the restaurant was delicious, breakfast not more then standard . |The bed was worn out, and has to be changed soon ..|Beside all this I guess it's still...
