Hotel Königin Olga — Hotel in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ellwangen (Jagst)

In itself Hotel Queen Olga is nicely decorated with good rooms and a friendly staff. They rented out 20 rooms however to guests of a holigan type that kept us up for half the night. What shocked us most was that the behavior of this group was known by the management but they failed to warn the other guests ' because the company this group works for promised their employees would do better' . Well they didn't. Shame on this company and their employees and shame on the management of the hotel for taking on other guest while they knew what barbarians they had in the house. When we complained all they could offer was a very feeble apology. If ever you consider staying there please check first about your fellow guests...

Because of very old reviews I almost skipped HKO, I am sooooo glad that I decided they were old reviews and a bit weird cause I ended up extending my Ellwangen stay because I was so comfortable at Hotel Königin Olga.| 1st, this place is close to everything, city center, train station, a market, restaurants and a pharmacy. Big Score.| The rooms were of a nice size as was the bath, shower was modern and heating was wonderful.| The staff, possibly owners, were wonderful, kind and considerate. Anything I needed from directions to a cup of coffee was available.| And quiet at night, pin drop type of quiet and in the morning the town bell was a soft coo not so close, ...

The man at reception was very friendly, helpful & spoke English. The room was large. The bed was very comfortable. There was a flat screen television & fridge. The room is nicely fitted out. Shower pressure was great. Free parking & internet. A lovely beer garden/restaurant is also offered in the outside area. I did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but a short 5 minute walk took me directly into the quaint town where you can find bakeries and a couple of lovely restaurants that do a good breakfast. The location for us was close to where we needed to be, but we drove. I am not sure about public transport in the area itself. I would stay here again and...
