In response to your feedback today on my review from 2 months ago.

This is a way of justifying things, but that is not how it actually happened.

The photos are certainly not how they are on the page. We took photos of how it actually looked.

We were not offered a proposal at all and given a choice for this. Due to the unsafe situation and the fact that our complaint was not taken seriously during our first conversation, we felt compelled to leave.

Given this very late response, it also shows that you do not take complaints seriously.

This strengthens my complaint and we stick to our discouragement recommendation to prevent disappointment for other guests.

In July 2024 we traveled to this location with a large family. We arrived quite late. What a bad accommodation this was. Lighting did not work in all places. Cutlery was not complete and it was very dirty. The photos on the site do not look like it actually looks. Kitchen equipment is missing. A huge disappointment. There were cables hanging from the ceiling and sockets were not shielded. Not very safe. After contacting the host directly by phone, we received no support, we had to send an email. The person in question was not authorized to make decisions. We did not feel safe and comfortable there and decided to cancel and we looked for another place to stay. After several conversations and emails and help from Booking.com, we still received no support and also the money back. We should have contacted them directly, was always the answer. Wir sind zu dieser Unterkunft mit drei Mitarbeitern angereist. Wir sind ein bundesweit tätiges Montage-Unternehmen und erfahrene Reisende. Eine so schlechte Unterkunft haben wir noch nicht gesehen. Die Zimmer sind nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Haare von vorherigen Besuchern auf den Betten, die Zimmer stinken, die sanitären Einrichtungen sind zu Teil defekt. Wir sind Abends spät angereist und hatten für die Nacht keine Alternative mehr. Eigentlich wollten wir die Woche dort bleiben, es unter den geschilderten Umständen aber nicht zumutbar war.
