5 Star Villa Hotel — Hotel in Accra

My first time experience here and the facility looks great on the outside, not same on the inside. Breakfast poorly served, water heaters not working, intermittent water shortages in bathroom and washrooms, pageant smell in some rooms like mine. I think proper maintenance should be done before checking guests in. Lodging payment should be done 50% deposit and rest while leaving. For poor and uncomfortable facility, I could have checked out but for paying in full due to management policy. Management should review their staff and facility...
