We arrived a bit late due to work complications but having informed the hotel this was not an issue and we were greeted by Mana Yaw who was professional and extremely friendly. During our stay he attended to our every need and informed us on every occasion of any issue with the power but this was dealt with swiftly with no problem arising at all because of his action. The internet connection was fast and efficient. Among the facilities at the hotel the gym was even better than I had expected as well as there being a billiards tables, table tennis, football table all of which were in good condition and cleaned everyday(I observed this personally). The room was extremely clean and featured working air conditioning, a large refrigerator, a TV with satellite channels, a bath, towels among other things. Breakfast in the morning was provided by Amelia and was served promptly and was a nice meal everytime as well as her providing us with details of eaterys in the local area. The restaurant and bar section was clean and featured a flat screen television that displayed news as well as movies all day and night. The local area and it's people is extremely positive with all of the people willing to assist you and give you directions and are the most friendly I have encountered so far in Ghana having visited Cape Coast, Accra, Kokrobite etc. I would definitely return to this hotel. Although it is a beautiful setting, it lacks a lot of the amenities claimed, and certainly no views whatsoever! The manager, Silva, is only interested in extorting as much money as he can from customers! I went for one of the self-contained apartments, the bathroom, although clean, had a lot of mould/dirt on the grout and shower door, making you squirm whilst having a shower. I had to point it out in the morning. The shower door was cleaned, not the tiles! ||Although the staff are very friendly, I'd advise anyone to get anything they want themselves, as it is easily accessible. If you ask a question about where to get anything, the manager will step in to offer his help, but he will charge you a fortune, sometimes 4x the price of the item because he got it for you. To top it all, he claimed the bank account of the property has issues, so you can only pay to His personal account, which I found to be very bizarre! He will harass you, till the only option is to pay to his personal account, to which I am still demanding a receipt for my stay, to no avail!...
