Power Plaza Hostel (Kotobabi) — Hotel in Accra

I had to travel for more than 45 minutes from my initial planned lodging close to the city centre to get to this hotel as my initial plan gibs guest lodge had electricity issues and couldnt stay there. On getting to this Power Plaza, I was so disappointed that such a hotel could show up on booking sites such as booking.com. the floor of the stair case were water logged. A public school hostel in Nigeria is far better than the hotel environment. To cut the long story short, I didnt even talk to a receptionist at the hotel cos no one was anywhere to be found and I was already discouraged. The area looked very unsafe and the hotel had no security both physically, human and facility wise. I wonder why the hostel is still in business. Needs to be...
