Premier Beach Resort, Oshieye-Kokrobite — Hotel in Accra

The place was boring, there was no entertainment except you are looking for a very quiet beach to stay for the weekend, the service was poor, the TV wasn't working well, they didn't have DStv, food wasn't good, breakfast was poor, no welcome water, you will call front desk on their extension and no answer, staff will report to work late so the environment is not cleaned even after 8am. Otherwise their rooms are ok because it is facing the beach. It is rather expensive considering the product and service...

Terrible. Located at wrong place. Terrible customer service. It’s impossible to communicate over a call, because it’s so loud there. Whoever taking care of customer service thinks it’s a joke. They said they would take care of cancellation without knowing my name and tried to hang up. I really couldn’t tell if they got my name right or not since they insisted not to repeat my name…...

This cozy beach resort has left the best feeling! Benevolent hotelkeepers, delicious dishes, beautiful articulation, wonderful rooms. I recommend to everyone!
