Best One Hotel Kumasi — Hotel in Ashanti Region

If I could give them 0 stars i would! First of all the rooms are really dirty.its not properly cleaned. The bathroom we got was full of dead roaches. Also, the manager assured us there was a generator backed up for light incase there’s a light out but we had a couple of lights out and we had to sleep in the heat fr days.Mind u we had that place for 7 days n it was the worst decision ever! I have never seen a hotel with such a poor customer service! Kitchen is really really dirty and abandoned yet when I wanted a place to heat my food they took my food to that dirty kitchen to heat my food in a dirty...

Don’t even waste your time visiting this hotel. Absolute garbage! Everyone is rude. The place is filthy with cobwebs, no soap, no running water you have to literally beg for water. Pillows...

I don't hate the place. Even the swimming pool over there...
