EMS Palace Hotel — Hotel in Ashanti Region

My second time at this hotel and tried to reserve my review after the first visit after providing some recommendations.

Unfortunately, this is one the terrible places I've ever stayed.

Very beautiful Hotel being ruined with poor management and maintenance!

No Wifi available at the location. Dampness in the rooms and stairways Nothing works! TV, Water Heater, Fridge, nothing. No Wardrobes in the rooms 90% of the time, nobody at the reception. Staff very unprofessional.

I doubt the owners of the place want people sleeping in this Hotel, because that's the only explanation to what goes on here and how this place is kept.

The EMS palace hotel is a home away from home. Very professional and excellent receptionist. The rooms are very spacious and fully air conditioned.
