Labev Hotel — Hotel in Ashanti Region

The location is not very good but the rooms are quite ok. The first day was nice no complaints and very good breakfast. However a hotel is supposed to be where you come to relax and get some sleep and this hotel was not it. Loud music playing from the lobby and people yelling in the halls. The place felt like a boys hostel. The male staff are the most unprofessional people I have come across. They were not professional and did not do their job properly. I think the only professional employee there is the gateman. Whoever the owner is needs to install a camera in the lobby because I also don’t think it’s professional to allow someone to put a mattress in the lobby and sleep there. Would not recommend this...

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was very comfortable, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
